All stairs, rails and fences meet insurance and city codes. We build Stairs with Down Rails, Curved, Spiral, or Straight Balcony Rails, Bar Joists and Decking for Basement Tops, Brick Lintels which are primed and delivered to the jobsite, Single or Double Mailboxes and many more custom metal items.

We had a very large custom electric gate done by Custom Iron Works. They did an amazing job with construction and install. No problems after three years. We moved to a new house with a shared mailbox. Wind managed to rip it right out of the concrete one day! After two full days of searching for someone to repair it, I had the idea of giving CIW a call.

They were over and had replaced the whole setup and repaired the ground plate within 24 hours of calling them. They were SO nice and did such an amazing job. They have good prices, and they're genuinely really nice people. Highly recommend them!

Custom Iron Works were great when they first installed our electric gate, did an excellent job! However, to have them come repair the electric gate is another story! We paid big bucks for the repair the first of June 2018, only to have the gate break again! You call to have them come out to repair what you have ALREADY paid for, the receptionist tells you, " they will be out today" and they do not show? NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, Custom Iron Works! Not happy AT ALL

I had an awful experience with Custom Iron Works and would never use them again. They make a nice gate, but don't listen to what you want, don't write anything down, and aren't willing to make things right. I was very disappointed and now have to spend more money to find someone to correct their mistakes. Don't let their friendly attitude fool you like I did!
