Ashley T. has been great. Doing cabinets can be a little overwhelming. I'm not exactly decisive or easy to work with. Ashley has been patient as I ponder, and offers her guidance when asked. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I did two vanities with her previously. I did my kitchen cabinets this summer. I'm very appreciative of her expertise while working on these projects. She is highly recommended.

Sales people did a nice job. We made a purchase and upon pick up expected it would be wrapped so it would be protected on the transport home. It was not. They did find some cardboard and taped that around our products. Having to ask was a disappointment and clearly is not part of regular service. They have nice quality products but for the price, even on clearance, they should have done a better job once the product is purchased.

We've been having an awful experience with our sales consultant and the cabinets. Consultant refuses to respond to myself (can't get in touch with a manager even either) and the cabinets we were told numerous times that were always in stock were delayed 3 weeks.
