Juan was excellent. Very responsive to his voicemail. Scheduled the appointment and called before arriving. Fixed the issue and was in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend using him. Juan was great. My oven provided an error code that indicated an ignitor went bad. I replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. I called Juan and he came out. Unfortunately it took a while for him to trace wires and ultimately find the problem with a broken gas valve. We got the valve ordered and replaced and the oven works as it should now. It was a hard repair that took a long time to figure out and Juan was great.
He didn't rush, took the time and effort to make sure it was right, and provided great customer service. Would recommend to others and I plan on calling him in the future if I have other appliance issues.

Juan was amazing. I called for service and he was in the area so was able to stop by the same day. He quickly diagnosed my problem and then pointed out a few things that were wrong also. He was up front with the time and cost it would take to fix, and told me about other known issues with my machine. Although he didn't perform a service his honestly was very appreciated and I'll definitely be calling him again and recommending him to others

Juan came to fix my washer the same day I called. He was on time and very professional and nice. He listened to my situation and he explained my washer and what was wrong. He had it repaired in a hr. He is the best service technician I've ever had. I will not call anyone else ever again. He is very reasonable and honest.i no longer will dread repairs.
