Custom fence was fantastic to work with! From time of down payment to install was less then 4 weeks. The install crew was great to work with they wanted to make sue we were happy. Backyard privacy and keeps my dog safe. Worth every Penny! Service: Privacy fence installation

Throughout the process from the initial estimate to the finished project was a pleasant experience. I was always treated with respect and my phone calls were returned promptly. The day of installation, they called to let me know that they were ahead of schedule and would it be okay if they started earlier than first estimated Once the crew arrived, we did a walk through on exactly where the fence was going and the locations of the gates were confirmed and then they started.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Approximately 4hrs later, the fence was done, everything cleaned up and exceeded my expectations. Overall a good experience and I'm very satisfied Thank you custom fence

I had 4 crew members show up for my chain link fence installation. What an awesome group they were. 3 looked like young kids, but they knew exactly what they were doing, and very professional. I knew it would take approx. 3 hours to install, and that is how long they were at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a fence installed. Besides writing this out I also plan on calling the company directly to let them know how satisfied I was.

Some of the poorest custom service work I have ever seen. After being paid in full for a rod iron gate that was installed, they never responded to the chipping paint issue we had. The painter they used cut a corner and didn't do it properly. Should have done it right the first time and we wouldn't be having any issues. They are the ultimate pass the buck contractor which doesn't like to take responsibility for poor work!

The crew at Custom Fence in Denmark WI helped us design a fence that would accommodate our needs, protect our belongings, and keep our dog within bounds. The installation was delayed due to supply chain issues. But they kept us informed weekly. Communication via email and/ or phone was professional and timely. Zach and his installation crew did a clean, polished job.

He informed us of issues we hadn't even thought of concerning the install. Thereby solving problems BEFORE they arose. His communication was professional and timely as well. The fence itself is beautiful, sturdy, and offers privacy while still retaining ornamental touches. The cantilever gate opens with little effort and has provided MUCH more room for entering our back yard with trailers in tow. The option to automate the gate is possible at a future date. We are very happy with the services rendered and products/ solutions offered by Custom Fence. Thank you!

From start to finish (and beyond), our experience with Custom Fence was phenomenal. The company was responsive and professional when they came out to give us a quote and throughout the entire process answering all of the questions they had. Zack and his crew were friendly, hard-working, and precise as they installed the fence, all of which was communicated to us as well.

A month after our beautiful fence was installed, the 60-mph December winds took out 21 of our small panels that make up each section. We woke up at 7am 2 days after the storm came through, and Custom Fence was just wrapping up putting the panels back in. Brandi was so wonderful to work with, and our entire experience with the company has been great. If you want a good-looking fence at a premium value with great customer service, please do not hesitate to reach out for a quote!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your fencing needs! They were very slow to install our fence and when they finally did, it collapsed less than 2 months after installation! This fence was not installed properly! All other fencing in the area is still standing. Our fence installed by them, has posts bent in half. As if that's not enough, they will not stand behind their work of less than two months prior!

This fence shouldn't be on the ground right now and instead of handling it in a professional manner and taking care of their mistake, we were told they will not come fix the posts. 13K and we got less than 2 months out of their fencing. But what do they care, they got their money! Stay far away from this business! There are plenty that won't screw you over! Further action is being sought.

After being pushed back multiple times in three months and being understanding about it, I wish I would've taken that as a sign to go elsewhere. Hank and the installation team were great to work with. Matt and whoever does the decision making in the office, not so much. For some reason, my not even two month old chain like fence with privacy slats was the only fence bent in half during the high winds last week. Posts are still in the ground, just at a 90 degree angle.

I would understand not being covered in the warranty if other fences around me were affected the same way by the same storm they went through, but everyone else's is still standing strong. Instead of gaining a great review by going above and beyond like other companies by simply replacing the posts, custom fence told me that I'm SOL on my 13 thousand dollar investment that lasted 60 days. There's a reason that they don't allow you to review them on Facebook! Steer clear and find a company that cares about you and not just themselves.

Our fence was installed about 2 months ago and last night during some very high winds 4 sections had panels come loose and blow out. When called they were courteous and put us on a list to get repairs no questions asked. Although short staffed and high volume of repairs to make the team came out to repair the fence the same day. They were quick, professional, and would definitely recommend their follow up service.

While we had to reach out regarding delays, we received a response within 24 hours or sooner. When the install team arrived they went over their process and during the process we decided to make a change which they worked with. They provided insight as well when we debated certain aspects. The crew was extremely professional and we would highly recommend.

The guys actually showed up early, which was great. They were very professional and courteous. The job seem to go without any problems and when done, they cleaned up the entire area and explained how the gates worked and answered any questions I had. If the crew is any indication of the quality of the fence, then I'm sure we will enjoy it for many years.

Zack and the installation team were great! Professional, quick and cleaned up everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied before they left. He was wonderful to work with and made sure we knew exactly where the fence was being installed and asked if we had any questions before work started. They installed the fence in just a couple of hours amd it looks great. I would definitely recommend based off of that experience! Sean was very helpful with our quote and was quick to respond to our questions before we moved forward.

I really couldn't have asked for a better outcome from my experience with Custom Fence. They were on top of communication from the office and on site, they not only showed up on the day of my scheduled install but came and started early and finished by lunch time. The workers had excellent attention to detail every step of the way, worked fast and hard even through the rain and left me with a fence that exceeded my expectations and looked better that the photos in the brochure. All my neighbors and I love my new fence!

The worst business I've ever had to deal with in the 50 years we've been in our home. I made 11 phone calls and left message after message to get an estimate on completing our vinyl fence. I finally went with another fence company. The side of our lot which Custom did do was missing a post cap which they promised to get to us. Still waiting after some more phone calls. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! They NEVER return phone calls. We had the fence installed by them and we have needed repairs twice and trying to get them to come out and fix it is impossible. I would never recommend them to anyone! I can't believe they are even still in business.

Then the day of the real install they didn't call to notify you they weren't showing up, they didn't do anything to help assist you in their wrong doing.

Above and beyond that I was threatened via a voicemail to send me to collections and put a lien on the house when my bill wasn't even past due! There are plenty of other companies out there that could do better because Custom Fence couldn't have done worse!
