The best! If you are looking for a place that has it all for your tile, counter tops etc. projects - this is the place. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and installation quartz countertops. Lisa and Chris are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Romancing the stone. I am a designer and recommend Romancing the stone to all of my clients!

Very disappointing quartz countertop installers. They're nice in the store, come quickly to measure but good luck after that. They didn't respond to calls, have a ton of excuses, took forever to install, some pieces didn't fit well and are expensive. If I could do it over I would find a quartz installer that doesn't have a fancy showroom but has a good reputation. No recommendation for this place.

I just finished having two bathrooms remodeled by Romancing The Stone. Lisa (the owner) is truly amazing! Both projects were done in a timely manner. She is always at the site checking and working alongside her employees. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy as the project progressed. Her response to phone calls or texts were almost immediate.

Also a big thank you to Chris in the showroom. His expertise was extremely helpful in helping me make decisions on style and product. I will be referring my friends to them. Had an awesome experience!

Disappointing as I hoped this higher tech company would do amazing work in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they took much longer than expected, some of the granite has large dull spots, I asked them specifically to polish one edge that never got done. Plan on doing a pool with outdoor kitchen but will pass on Romancing the Stone doing any work for me in the future.

The team at romancing the stone is simply amazing from Chris at the show room to Lisa and team for the design and install. They over delivered on every aspect of the job they have mastered the art of customer service. The attention to detail was amazing. When short handed due to employees being sick Lisa one of the owners came out and installed the back splash personally. Now we just need to find do a few more projects so we can work with them again.

I finally convinced my husband it was time for a kitchen re-do and new flooring. I had looked at a couple of big box stores but didn't feel I was getting the information and help I needed. I stopped in at Romancing the Stone as it's close to home. And that's decision I have not regretted for a second. Chris in the showroom was patient, informative and so very helpful.

Just can't say enough good about him. And the showroom is amazing! Lisa came and measured, answered some more of my questions and provided an estimate. The rest is history. Could not be happier with the end result. The kitchen counters and back splash look fantastic. Excellent workmanship and done in a very timely manner too. Lisa is hands on, checking on the work and doing some herself. She's quick to respond to phone calls too.

Next was flooring in the front of the house and down the hall. We wanted bamboo after doing some research. The showroom didn't have samples so Chris got some for us. The craftsmanship in the installation amazed us! All the crew takes such pride in what they do and offered a couple of suggestions that made the finished job look fantastic, Couldn't be happier.

And again, Lisa was there every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied, Pricing was well in line with the quick quotes I received from the big boxes, Plus we were able to deal with someone local. Excellent job, fair pricing and superb customer service!

I have a kitchen that needs new counter tops. Romancing the Stone came highly recommended by our contractor, so I called them in November, December and January and I have not received a call back. Is this any way to run business?

I have used Romancing The Stone over the last couple of years for some work at my house. The first project was to replace my kitchen tile countertop with granite and it looks amazing. The entire process was pleasant and professional. About a year later I had them replace the floor tile in the kitchen and replace the carpet in the house with wood flooring. Again, the entire process was smooth and professional.

The wood flooring has been a great addition and the quality of work is excellent. I plan on having a small remodel completed of the master bathroom (tub, flooring, granite countertops, new toilet) and will be giving Lisa a call again. I thought the pricing of materials and work was very reasonable and their time line for completion was perfect. Lisa returned my phone calls in a timely manner, offered feedback and recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Romancing the Stone to anyone and look forward to working with Lisa again.

Am remodeling a kitchen and chose this Contractor because we found the Granite I wanted at their store.and also the sink.beautiful Showroom.that is where the "Romance " ended. They came out to template the job and we were told 7-10 days.we didn't hear from them and called and told fabricators very busy and it wasn't there as yet.ok.understandable.then we hear at the fabricators, will be installed by the end of the week.yipee! Nothing!

Apparently our contact person was out of town.materials never went to fabricator and oh by the way the granite you like isn't big enough. Granite was only on the island and I was willing to let that lag until I found a perfect piece. The Ceasarstone for the rest of the counters was in.and if they would install I would at least have a working kitchen.

I called and left a message that I was fine with the granite not being installed but please put the other material in.and I will gladly admit I was very insistant! Lisa called back, quite timely I might add, and explained they couldn't do that.it all needed to be done at the same time! So I was not happy and again insisted they install something.

She then called my designer and fired me because I left a nasty message.really? and they would refund my deposit. What I then found out, quite by accident is that they do all of Lowe's work and probably really don't need private jobs. I was appalled at lack of customer service and now know why.am very happy with new contractor.kitchen will be done in a week! And the tile people just got the job two weeks ago! Now that is customer service and they have picked up quite a few jobs from Romancing the Stone's unhappy customers.
