I can't say I'm terribly pleased. I went there to get an extra key for my minivan. The first trip was great. They got the key made super quickly and got it programed in a timely manner. The problem is that they needed to order the key fob. I was told they'd have it in a week. Well, it has now been almost three weeks and I have not been able to get a hold of them and find out if my key fob is in and if I can pick it up.

When I call they are either not in the shop, or the man who works there tells me his help isn't there and I'll have to call back. One time I called and the lady who works there told me she wasn't in the shop, but she was pretty sure she got the fob and she'd call me back. That was last week. She still hasn't called me and I still don't know when they will be in their shop so I can get the fob IF it's even there. I really, really, want to like this place, but at the moment I'm just getting fed up.

Terrible, I called ahead to be sure they could provide the service I needed after being it was no problem to come right in rushed over manuevering through an over crowded parking only to find the business locked tight when I called they just casually said we left to go handle a call. So I wasted my has and my time for NOTHING!

Lakeland Locksmith was there in our time of need. They scheduled for the next morning to re-key my house and I stall a strike plate. The technician was personable, efficient and quick. Very friendly and efficient business. I would recommend them to everyone!

Needed a car remote key fob repaired and decided to get a spare; Ashley is a real pro! She knew exactly the right questions to ask and got me what I needed. She obvious knows what she's doing, and had lovely personality as well. Highly recommended!

The push buttons on a key for my 10 year old Ram truck wore out, so I called Lakeland Locksmith and they had the replacement in stock. The very friendly lady (sorry but I forgot her name) was very knowledgeable about what I needed and had the proper equipment to program the new key as well as cut the emergency key while I waited. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I am a very satisfied customer.

Pro: Kept appointment, worked fast, courteous, fair price. Con: One of the "fixed" items doesn't work properly. And also I was told I could come by their shop to take care of another issue, but twice they were closed during posted business hours. A sign that was suppose to look temporary said they were on an emergency call, but the same sign is always there and the repair van is parked in front.

I had obtained a Schalge digital keypad from Amazon and hired Lakeland Locksmith to install it. They were able to do so the same day. Two service technicians worked quickly and efficiently, removing the old deadbolt and installing the keypad. All along the way, they apprised me of the nuances of the keypad that I had chosen (battery replacement, how to know that the lock is set, etc.), and had me use the lock myself prior to their departure.

It would've taken me 60-90 minutes to install a lock that they took care of in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with their work and will recommend them to others as well as hire them for future locksmith needs.

Getting your keys locked in your vehicle is def one of the most frustrating things that can happen, especially when you're miles away from home with no spare key available. It was last Wednesday morning that I decided to wash my dads truck while I was home, because the key fob is expensive I left it inside as I washed the outside. After washing the outside I began detailing the inside and as soon as I wiped down the driver side door and closed it I realized I had locked the door with the keys inside. Thankfully I had my phone and wallet on me.

I thought of possible solutions and they all pointed towards calling a Locksmith. I gave them a call and they answered right away and told me they could be at my location within 20 minutes. They arrived sooner than expected and they got my door open in less than a minute. Very happy with how fast and efficient they were able to open my door and have me on my way. The price was reasonable as others lock smiths will charge around the same price or a little more. Overall, I'm happy with the service they provided me.

Horrible parking and then they aren't even open even though I visited during their advertised hours.

I had lost one of the key fobs that unlocked and allowed me to operate my 2015 Camry. I found a replacement on line, for much less than the dealer wanted, and purchased it. It arrived with the instructions that I needed to find a locksmith who had the technology to program the fob to work with my car. This is how I ended up at Lakeland Locksmith. I called and they assured me that they could program the fob to work with my car.

I drove over to their shop and the woman working there (Ashley) gathered the special equipment and we went to my car. She had a laptop sized device that she plugged into the socket underneath the dashboard on the driver's side. She also used a small palm sized device into which she inserted a specific card, for my vehicle. While sitting in the driver's seat she used my existing fob to gather the necessary codes and then copied them on to the new fob.

The entire process took less than 5 minutes. The new fob now works exactly like the original and I have a backup. The cost was less than what the dealership had quoted me. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Locksmith.

I bought a door lock from Lakeland Locksmith that didn't work. I have returned it several times and each time I'm told they will fix it and call me in a day maybe two. I returned in a week and they tell me that they have been to busy to call me. Too busy for a 3 minute call in over 3 months. They will not return my money or fix it. I went there a couple days ago and the girl says that he isn't there I just missed him.

I ask he to call him but she can't. She asked me to call them tomorrow. I have been waiting 3 months for a phone call and now they want me to call them before coming back. They are liars and thieves

I went to this place to get an unusual key made. I went there and no one was home. I called the number on the door and was told they were out on a job and they be back after noon. I got there at 1 PM and no one was there. I called again and was told they were busy and they be there at 1:39 PM. I waited until 1:45 PM and no one came. I gave up. I will not be going back there again. I advise all of you not to go there either.

Don't waste your time with these lazy people. They are very unprofessional all you have to do is go look at there messy shop to tell. I went there to give them some business last Monday they said they would have a quote to me on Tuesday.

Do not trust them to make your car key. I'm out almost $500 because they damaged so much. I bought key the first time they damaged it reordered then finally got back to them to set up and they spent three days trying to get it to work. Told me it was battery so I got that checked battery was fine. Came back on second day and left car for hours.

Third day they said they got it right but., car worked until you turned it off and back on. Had to take to dealer to get fixed for $126 and told key is useless and get new battery because it was suddenly damaged even though it tested fine on first day. Finally get back in town and talk to employee she says sorry been over 30 days and you should have given us chance to fix.

What were the three days you had car for over 12 hours? She was going to talk to manager but 10 days later no response. Meantime I still don't have working key ($175) had dealer fix what they damaged ($126) new battery ($180) about $500 out of pocket.
