This company gives the appearance they getting employees to post 5 star reviews to raise their overall rating. Found this doing research for hurricane windows, def won't use this company for any of my windows.

Cannot trust this company as they will not warranty their products! Patrick at CGI did not care to examine and certify door was installed properly. Also, their dealers cannot be trusted either because the worst one, Florida Windows and Doors is listed as a "Diamond" dealer. See pics how frame for bolts was routed behind factory specifications, and screws in hinge are not uniform and white per specs.

It has been a month or so since Walter Leiva saw my water damage resulting from the manufacturer's defect. This gentleman has not responded to my emails or call me to rectify the problem. Totally unprofessional.

I wish this company would stand behind their brand and take care of their customers. Very disappointing service and not very helpful. hurricane door latches are failing on $50,000 door and they won't replace them, and warranty states online its 10 year coverage. Their response is to contact the dealer. One problem, no idea who is the dealer as contractor that built the house 5 years ago can't be reached, and who keeps the receipts anyways. Sticker clearly states CGI windows and doors and their contact info, and I guess this is not enough. Don't recommend this company.

We are in the process of having our windows and doors replaced after Hurricane Dorian damaged our old ones. So far we have our larger single hung windows and static transoms and a front door installed. All of our single hung windows were delivered with inadequate springs for the weight of the sash. Imagine, new windows installed and you can't keep them open!

I am shocked that these would have been sent from the factory for installation on an out island in the Bahamas without the correct springs! According to our installers, this is a standard factory defect. Wow, maybe you need to have people better qualified to check these before shipping? The problem has been repaired nearly three weeks after installation, but I'm not happy having to "repair" brand new windows.

One of the windows our dealer ordered was delivered with a big crack across the bottom. This was after it took 6 months to even receive the order. Blame COVID all you want but another 2 months for a replacement sash. Then when I call customer service to find out where it is get put on hold for a half hour to then have service agent hang up on me. I hope the actual windows are better than dealing with this company.

Horrible customer service in my opinion. Skip CGI, there is better companies out there. We placed an order with you and we have a month waiting, every day they tell us that they must reschedule the order, they only play with the customers. Really Bad service.

Windows are NOT as described in brochure. Florida Solar and Air installed windows that are very sharp around the edges, jagged, porous, and misshapen. They appear to have been finished by an unsteady hand with a knife. Florida Solar and Air insist that nothing is wrong with these windows but have offered to sand and add molding to prevent further injury during use. BE CAREFUL when choosing an installer and manufacturer. Florida Solar and Air installs whatever they get from CGI without checking to see if the quality is consistent with their representation and product knowledge. Florida Solar and Air will not be responsible for the product either.

Once installed you will have to dispute quality issues with the manufacturer. Currently facing a legal battle because I want the windows I paid for as described in the brochure OR a reasonable credit to compensate for the breach of contract. (reluctantly offered 200.00 off 14,000.00). ** I've attached the brochure, which describes a well constructed, beautiful product but as you can see, that's NOT what I received. CGI, insist that these windows are to specifications, which means, they were intentionally produced to cause personal injury if not operated with care and meant to disappoint visually.

I am disgusted and disappointed when I look at these windows. CGI and Florida Solar and Air are intentionally deceiving customers by promising a well constructed, beautiful product and giving you the opposite***

I would give them ZERO Star if they have it. This company not worth to buy their products. Expensive products with unprofessional company. I issued the problem since the day they installed ( march 2018 until now) any time when I called they said sorry blah blah. but no one responsible with my cases. Be aware from this company if you want your house look better than mine. Good luck with the money I paid to you CGI

Called CGI customer service once again. For the life of me I can't understand why they even have the Department. They are useless. This time I called regarding the windows leaking. They leak so bad that I now have mold in my condo. I had to have a mold remediation company come in and rip out the wall and remediate the mold. Since I don't know who installed the windows they gave some dealers names to talk with. Called them and since they didnt install them the won't even talk to me about the problem.

The customer service rep said she would have a supervisor call me. That never happened. They didnt seem to care that I was going to give them a negative review. They wouldn't even connect me with someone to talk about the problem. So now I'm stuck with a bill that could be about $5000. I'm not sure if the windows are or are not installed properly.

They are not willing to send someone out to take a look. Regardless if they are installed properly or not they don't to care who their dealers are. The windows were permitted and passed the final inspection. If your looking for a company with strong customer service look elsewhere. Because they don't seem to care about their customers.

Poor customer service, poor warranty. Defects continually show up and the company won't stand behind their product nor admit after the same problem in so many windows that the issue might be due to their manufacturing process.
