Adobe Home Systems

Had speakers installed at our new home. We got the premium speakers. A couple speakers were broken on the first day we got setup and slowly over the next year the rest of them went. Adobe will not replace. Customer service basically told us they work fine and that they are not built for movies. We just had to get another company to come out and replace all the speakers. Would have rather put $5k in a garbage can and burned it. I have about 20+ hours of my personal time dealing with it.

The Adobe Rep (Issac) was first rate. He did the install super fast and explained what was happening as he did the set up. Once set up, he did an excellent job of explaining how to use the SmartHome features in clear understandable language. He did great!

John did a superb job of setting up my new home's connected devices and explaining how to control them through my iPhone and Echo Show. Awesome experience!

We had an issue with our email address taken off line. This affected our home system. Adobe didn't hesitate to setup a new system for us. John was amazing. Incredible customer service and support.

My issues with the way that they do business are too numerous to list, but I'll begin with contracts that you can't get out of for equipment that you really don't need and some of the least responsive people I've ever dealt with who have now lost any chance at upselling or future work at any of my homes with a high chance that I'll go out of my way to not recommend them to anyone pending the outcome of my present business with them.

I purchased a home entertainment system from Adobe Home Systems! Carl and Chris came to my home and they did an amazing job installing my new system! They were courteous, professional and thorough! We absolutely love our new home entertainment system. We really like the Control 4 system as well. It makes all of the components very simple to use! Carl and Chris were excellent in demonstrating all of the features of the system and showing us how to use everything. I highly recommend adobe home systems for your home entertainment needs.

Izaak was exceptional in assisting with the set up of our new home. He set up all applications necessary related to our Smart Home. He was able to provide clear explanations and instructions for us. I'm extremely thankful for his help today. I would highly recommend Izaak to any home owner looking to convert their home into a Smart Home.

Izaak was amazing. He was extremely professional, thorough, and he explained everything patiently, making sure we understood how everything worked. Izaak has a great sense of humor. He is able to establish a rapport by being light hearted in his presentation and explanation. He answered every question in language we could understand. Adobe is lucky to have him.

Josh with Security at Adobe Home Systems did a phenomenal job at working with me on my home security system and installing everything quickly and effectively. He took the time to make sure I understood the system and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family is safe in our home.

Aaron just finished assisting us in making our new home a Smart home. He made us feel Smart as well, as he broke each area and step into smaller pieces we were able to comprehend. Aaron made our new tech aggravation free. No small feat!

John did an excellent job of setting up all the smart devices in our home. He was very detailed and explained all the features of each device. He organized our access panel in an excellent manner rearranging all the tv/sat inputs so that the additional modem, router and switch fit in there perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I called Adobe home systems and spoke with Diego Ruiz yesterday to see about getting a technician to come to our home and fix our system. He was very patient and spent the better part of an hour on the phone walking me through the repairs. We are very grateful for his assistance and want to make sure other people are aware of the quality of service that he gave us.

Had a very discouraging email conversation with Diego at Adobe. I bought a house in Trilogy Rio Verde and Adobe was the company the builder choose to put in wiring, alarm, and other technology. I requested a proposal and recommendation on buying a surround sound system from them I couldn't believe the apathy that was displayed by the sales rep.

Basically telling me I would have to buy the receiver on my own and that they are really too busy to respond to me right now I'm a professional sales person and couldn't believe the apathy in selling me something I would imagine if I was the owner I would be very upset if my sales people treated new prospects so poorly. Buyer beware

Scott activated our Adobe Alarm System this morning in our home. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Scott finished the job in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Additionally, he answered all of my questions patiently and taught me how program my system with various codes. I highly recommend ADOBE SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM. Daniel and Elaine Balbuena.

We purchased our surround sound and Control4 system from Adobe Home Systems for our home in Trilogy at Verde River and found their customer service to be very lacking. We had to wait several weeks for a call back to get the Control4 system installed and when it was finally completed we were left with no documentation on the system. Just the few notes I took listening to the technician who installed it.

When we experienced a problem with the remote six months later, our email inquiry was followed up with "remove and reinstall the batteries" (as an American male, I had already tried that). After a request for further follow up was ignored, we contacted Advanced Environments, Inc. a local competitor and within 20 minutes the owner called and walked me through the necessary steps to fix the problem. I strongly recommend you research alternative vendors if you are looking for quality customer service.

My family and I moved here about 3 years ago. When we built our home with Taylor Morrison. One of the perks was a central Vacumn system that came with our house. I love this whole system. With two hoses we can Vacumn the entire home. Which is over 3,000 sq feet. I had a problem about a year ago and our site foreman told me to call Mike with adobe.

I did and this gentleman came and showed me how to change the filter and made me comfortable with all the working parts. Recently, I called them and was wanting to stop and try to get a hose piece. But once again Mike was on top of it. He went and got the part which was a warranty item and came and installed it. He is such a kind person and he wants to make sure your comfortable with the system and pleased.

I would highly recommend this company and ask for Mike. I trust him that if I don't need anything unnecessary. He will not force it. In this day and age it's important to be comfortable with your representatives that come to your home. If you don't have one of these units. Get one! Cuts your work load in half. Remember "Mike". I am a former employee of this company. I would like to warn the general public on how unprofessional this company is. No show appointments without phone calls. A very uneducated management in the field of audio/video.

I went with Adobe Alarm after pricing out nearly every alarm company out there! They installed all of my equipment for free and taught me how to use it. They only charge $25/month for monitoring and only require a one-year contract. But most of all they are VERY friendly and helpful every time I call. I call with random questions, call to update phone numbers and passwords and everytime it's the same woman who answers and she's so personable. They're not sticklers about due dates on my monitoring bill - I just call in whenever I remember and they take my payment.

They don't require sucking out the money from my account. I just really get the feel that they are a local, family-type company and they are always there when I need them!
