My key gave out and I utilized this company by referral through my mechanic. I had some issues with my key because it had a defect and couldn't get in contact with them due to having a phone number error. When I found the info and let them know my concerns, the office manager got in contact with me ASAP. They literally came out within the hour and rectified the problem. Great customer service. Thanks Tony for fixing my key.

If you're looking for prompt, incredibly expert and reliable Locksmith service, and a reasonable price, look no further than FAST LOCKSMITH. New to the area, we stumbled into calling them without a recommendation, based entirely on internet recommendations. We got lucky. The door to out condo had an old, upscale lock built into the door. Problem: the key was increasingly difficult to extract, requiring the use of a pliers. Itamar of FAST LOCKSMITH rekeyed the lock to our existing keys, checking to make sure each key worked perfectly. Responding to my question of why it broke, Itamar explained that the block had been rekeyed in thepast and the prior locksmith had used the wrong shape pins which allowed the key to easily go in and work the lock, but trapped the key once inserted. Clearly, Itamar had expertise other professionals lacked.

I also asked noted that we had an interior door with an "obvious key slot" in the knob, for which we had no key. Itamar could tell at a glance that the apparent key slot was not a real lock (but internally a bathroom type) and passed on the opportunity to increase the charge by showing me how to open it.

Justin arrived soon after I called and quickly solved my lockout issue. If I am faced with another lockout situation in the future, I will certainly call Fast Locksmith.

Levi rescued us on a Sunday and did an amazing job of replacing our front door lock that was beyond repair. He was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

Tony was great. He was very knowledgeable about my car (2003 BMW) and assured me he could fix driver's side door lock without taking the door apart from the inside. I also had 2 new keys cut and programmed.

My only key to my old 2005 Dodge Durango stopped working, and Ronnie came out on New Year's Eve at 6pm and reprogrammed a replacement! He did amazing work and for less than half the cost had I taken the key to the dealer. Thank you very very much!

Avoid this company at all costs. My 19 year old daughter locked herself out of a 2006 Toyota (easy job). The service tech that was dispatched did not give her a price prior to service. He popped the lock in seconds and charged her $220.
