Roof US is led in site by Logan Reuter, who is a real professional. He worked so well with us and our insurance company. His crews were efficient, unobtrusive and cleaned up as they went about their work. There were some complications with the damaged garage vent that required a lot of TLC that Logan provided personally. They are the best ever.

This company was a godsend! I had a roof leak that was dripping onto the front door and onto the floor. They came out quickly, they were polite and kind, and they fixed the problem. Maybe most impressive, they saw a problem with the front porch that was involved in roof problem, and they found another contractor to come over and check things out. That guy was fast, and then Roof US came and did their job.

And the cost: Roof US had said they couldn't give me an exact estimate, because the extent of rot wasn't knowable till they started. So when they sent a bill, I was a bit worried it would be expensive. But it was MUCH lower than I expected. This company is honest, skilled, kind, and responsive. I really lucked out!

I scheduled a same day appointment. Super fast service. Polite and professional. Inspected roof and added some silicone for free to try to resolve my issue. If it doesn't work, they will be the ones I contact to do full repair. Contact Roof U.S. for any roof repairs. You won't be sorry!

Roof U.S. has been a GREAT company to work with. They did our roof after the last big hail storm in a very timely and efficient manner. By timely, I mean, we had our new roof on within 3 weeks of the storm. Within the last few weeks, another issue arrived with our chimney. They came out, found the problem, and fixed it immediately. The employee even called to let me know he might be a few minutes late due to another job taking longer than he thought but instead he was already waiting in the driveway for me when I got home. Great company and I won't use anybody else but Roof U.S.for any roof damage or problems that happen in the future!

I found out that I had hail damage to my roof and gutters during the process of selling my house. Nate, Logan, and the crew at Roof U.S. came to my rescue and had a new roof installed within a week so that nothing held up the sale. They worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that everything I needed was covered and the inspector for the buyers said the new roof looked great.

They did a great job of cleaning up after the project was done and Logan checked back personally a couple of times to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Professional all the way. I highly recommend them and they will definitely get my business in the future.

ROOF U.S. was Absolutely Fantastic! My Insurance Company contacted ROOF U.S. One day and they were at my home the very next. They Listened to my concerns and didn't hesitate to address them all. I had extensive roof damage from the storm and wind. You never know if a company will try to do only the minimum they can get away with, But ROOF U.S. was very Professional.

They shared not only that my roof was a total loss, but they also explained to me in layman terms how they came to their conclusion. ROOF U.S. then had all materials needed delivered to my home within a few days and replaced my roofing in a timely manner. ROOF U.S. EMAILED me photos of my home in multiple roof colors so I was able to visualize the finished product.

I was able to choose the color shingles best suited for my homes exterior. The 4 men replacing my roof arrived in the morning and were finished before the sun set. They even used a magnetic tool to scan the yard for dropped nails! As my Father would say "That operation was Top Notch!" I was very satisfied.

When we were experiencing roofing issues we called our insurance company and they recommended Roof U.S. So, I called Roof U.S. and Logan came out in a timely fashion. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a great demeanor. When he found damage to our roof he worked with the insurance companies to make it easier on our end. When it came time for installation of our new roof his crew came out and tackled it with no problem and in one day. They cleaned up meticulously and Logan even came out the next morning to make sure we were happy with the results. Which we were through the whole process.

I called Roof U.S. and explained my dilemma concerning a quote I received from another contractor concerning leaks in my gutter system. They wanted to remove the first two layers of my shingles. I immediately called Roof U.S. and Nate came to see me. Long story short Nate took it upon himself to fix my water leaks on my gutters. He went on to assess my whole roof and pointed out what my "new" gutter system was doing.

Without his thoughtful dedication to this customer I would be dealing with a completely different and costly repair bill. I am happy to report his repair work was successful, I have no leaks where he repaired my gutter. There are good and kind people in this world and Nate and Logan are two. Roof US was suggested to me by my Farmer's insurance agent because we were concerned about potential hail damage. Because Roof US is a Farmers preferred contractor, the claims process was incredibly simple. Professional, responsive, attentive, respectful, thorough and efficient are just a few of the traits I observed working with Roof US. I would offer my highest recommendation based on my experience working with them.

They communicated every step of the way. They were here exactly when they said they would be. Which is a huge deal because nobody wants to sit around waiting for a contractor to give an estimate. Nobody wants to expect work to start on a certain day and nothing happen. It took exactly how long they said it would take. The roof looks great. Highly recommend.
