Painting

We are Certified Renovators and have been trained and certified in Lead Based Paint and conform to the new EPA Law in affect as of April 22, 2010. (See attached EPA requirements) We paint entire homes, or single rooms, including performing necessary repair work to any walls or ceilings.

Plumbing

We work closely with several plumbing suppliers and licensed and insured plumbing contractors. We offer a wide range of services from maintenance to renovations to new construction. Our expert plumbers are knowledgeable, reliable and capable.

Design

Report

We work with professional registered interior designers who can produce drawings of proposed alterations, demolition, electrical, cut sheets of major equipment and components. They can provide all required drawings, documents and applications for approval of work to be executed by your Building Management Board, including plumbing riser diagrams.

Remodeling

Report

We will arrange to meet with you at your residence for your first consultation. During this meeting we will to discuss your project in detail. Together we will discuss your goals, your wish list and your budget in order to determine a scope of work. At this meeting we will take measurements of existing walls, floors and any obstacles.
