Daniel Insulation

I didn't use this service but one of their drivers stopped an entire interstate lane just to cut to the front of an exit then proceeds to remain parked in said exit because they were on their phone. Horrible driving 10/10 would not recommend based solely on their road ettiquette.

Critical: Responsiveness Called multiple times to get a quote. Each time I was told that I would get a call back from someone who would come onsite to quote the job. Never called. Guess they don't need the work.

3 weeks after work was completed and paid for I received a notice to owner. 5 days of attempting to contact accounting to resolve this fraudulent billing has gotten nowhere as the accounting department won't answer the phone. Will be contacting the DBPR first thing Monday August 2, 2021 and then my attorney as we cannot close on the house until we receive a release of lien

This company is THE WORST! what kind of insulation company doesn't follow energy conservation code. and when you tell them they didn't install your insulation according to code, they tell you there is no code! Ha! My 14ft high garage ceiling insulation was installed in the lower section of the trusses which is WRONG! INSULATION IS TO BE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONTACT WITH THE FLOOR ABOVE. DANIEL INSULATION SUCKS

I called Daniel Insulation last week after already getting a quote from another company. June was the rep that helped me over the phone. She explained to me that my electric company offers rebates on insulation improvements and had me call them first to see if I would qualify and I did that over the phone with Duke and called June right back, She was patient and went over the math with me for including a home office addition I told Duke about but had not originally discussed with June. June put me on the schedule for the following week and said that the install team would call me the day they were arriving but she did not have a set time.

Today Andrew called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away from my home. He and his team mate arrived and they were friendly and professional. They were here at my home a little over an hour and afterwards explained what he did and provided me with my paperwork, etc. I can not vouch for other negative reviews but I would recommend Daniel Insulation to my friends, family, and neighbors!

I'm not sure on the service of this company, but the driver of van 7959 needs to go back to driving school. He cut me off without a bloomer and almost clipped my front end. I called to complain but the woman that answered did not seem to care and cut me off with her words. Guess cutting off is their specialty.

My new-home builder selected this company for the installation of closets in our home. The closets were not installed before our closing and it is now in our hands to coordinate directly with Daniel Insulation. The communication has been TERRIBLE. Empty promises on call-backs, updates, and scheduling. If I had a choice, they would NOT be it.

I got a bid from Danial insulation to do the insulation for my home. I called Richard my sells rep last week to let him know we had started the project. I called him yesterday morning to get on the schedule to have them come in and remove the old insulation. I left him a voicemail asking to call me back as soon as he had a chance. i called him again yesterday afternoon and he did answer and I told him that because my wife and I are living in the house during the remodel that I needed the insulation removed as soon as possible because of the mess.

He told me he would check the schedule and call me right back. Well it is now a day later and still no word from him. BTW i had to call 3 times to get him to give me a quote which took several days to get back once I sent him the plans. I have since called another insulation contractor who came out and gave me a bid today and will be starting the work at weeks end.

These guys did an excellent job. I had them remove and re-blow my new insulation. I went up in the attic after they removed the old and it was spotless. I expected most of the old to be gone but there was nothing left. It was clean and very well done. When they came to re-blow they blew the correct thickness and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. I would highly recommend Daniel Insulation

Insulation is hard work and the crews that Daniel have are great. They accept the TECO rebates and their pricing is right along industry rates. Installers are super polite. Wish their scheduling was a bit faster. They are always about a week out to schedule (Batt or Blown) and that can be a pain if you are waiting to hang drywall. It's the only reason I can't give them a 5 star review. But again that is about par for the industry unfortunately. Just plan ahead.

Negative reviews are generally personal issues that have nothing to do with a company. The company was great to deal with. By far the best quote for blown in insulation. Appointment made, they called to confirm the day before, and the guys that came to do the job were very nice and professional. We would highly recommend them!
