You walk into the front door of your office & the air conditioning has been already set, half an hour before you came in. The lights turn on automatically, down the hallway leading to the keypad when you open the front door. You disarm the alarm & the music & TV turns on to a preset station, channel & volume level you want.

Manage & keep track of who's going in & when. Keys can be lost, stolen & copied with no way of knowing who will be using them, or when. Of course you can still use your old conventional key to get in, but stop issuing them to your employees.
