VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Their timeliness was really bad. They were scheduled to start painting our house on Monday, but they called me on the evening of Easter Sunday to tell me how far behind they were. When they did arrive on Tuesday to paint the house, they were always 1-2 hours late. Rio Rancho did paint our house and we paid for that portion of the work upon completion.

They were supposed to come back on the following Monday to paint our fence to match the house. It has been almost 2 months and they haven't been back. They haven't returned our phone calls either!

Unfortunately, things must have severely deteriorated for poor Issac and whatever crew he was using for our job, because they never did the work and he never returned my calls! Buyer beware of this business. We had a bid from him, a time to start the painting, the crew showed up, but decided the job was quoted incorrectly and left the job site. I called Issac the owner, no answer.

He NEVER CALLED back either. We hired a different contractor and very glad we did! This company is what I would call a painting broker. They don't have their own employees and find the jobs for smaller painting companies to do the work. Stay away from this guy, you'll be glad you did!

Highly recommend Rio Rancho Painting! Excellent! I am so impressed at how hard this crew worked on my home in 110 degree Temps! Beautiful work! And you can't beat their price! They were very professional and clean! My home looks so beautiful! Thank you Rio Rancho Painting!
