Central Texas Plumbing Solutions has helped us several times before, they came in clutch again here. Kitchen branch line was clogged and after several hours of frustration I gave up and realized it was beyond my ability to fix -- but on a Friday it was going to be a miracle if we'd have a kitchen sink working before the next week. Well, Central Texas Plumbing gave us that miracle when they had an opening come up in their schedule. Prompt, professional, and friendly work from Steven and Jude who quickly fixed the problem (They were also nice with our friendly but annoying dog). They did go the extra mile to make sure that the problem was fully taken care of before they left. Always happy to recommend them.

Very professional. This is the 2nd time I have used this CO. Very fair price. When you call they return call right away and schedule the same day if their in your area. They go out of the way to make sure all aspects of your job are done correctly before they leave your home. Definitely some one to call when you need ac or appliance repair.

Called early and spoke with a real person (Michelle) who was very helpful. I was put on the work list and received a call back with truck on the way within a couple of hours. Technician was courteous and professional. Leak was fixed within 2 hours. (quite difficult location). Cost me a bit, but I was in a pinch and had no water. Support your local plumber! :) I do recommend this company!

I had a gas leak at my house and I called Atmos Energy to come and turn the gas off. They did a pressure check and found that the system was not holding. I originally called Roto-Rooter to come out and fix it. They charged me $400 and did not look at the gas lines under the house but only the fixtures at floor level. They said they would charge me another $400 to look under the house at the gas lines and that probably still would not fix it.

They wanted to charge me $2,000 to replace the entire system. I then called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions to get a second opinion. They sent out Daniel and his helper Nathan. They were out here for one hour went under the house and found a leak. Less than an hour after that they had the leak fixed and the system was holding. They only charged me $265 to get my gas system fixed and running again. Daniel and Nathan were very professional and very good communicators that did not waste their time or mince words.

They got the job done quickly and were very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I can't recommend them or their company any higher. They did excellent work and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any plumbing needs of any kind.

The absolute best, Central Texas Plumbing Solutions was able to take care of our 4 inch main break that was under 8 inches of concrete, when no one else had time. They offer Great service, and a good price. We have used them several times before on smaller jobs, but this time they went above and beyond. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We had a reoccurring sewer problem, where our guest bathroom toilet would flush slowly. I called another company who sent out a guy who took the top off our septic tank, used a camera for a minute or two and said all our plumbing would need to be replaced at a cost of $12-19 THOUSAND dollars. We called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and they used a hydro machine to clean out and smooth the inside of our sewer pipes. Problem completely solved and it cost us $ 508. We will use and recommend Central Texas Plumbing from now on.

CTXPS came out to my house after nine days without water. They took their time and thoroughly explained everything. The repair wasn't that easy because almost all water pipes had been compromised. I cannot begin to tell you how they worked continously until it was repaired. The company I work for has residential and commercial properties. They have the best plumbers in Central Texas.

Their focus is on quality and customer satisfaction first before how much it cost. I would highly recommend this company to handle any problems from repairs go new construction. In my opinion it's the only Plumbing Company to use!

Great Service. Fast and honest. Had a small leak in the shower. We tried to diagnose the issue but couldn't solve the problem. We wanted to fix the problem before it turned into something worst. Wasn't sure if it was a plumbing or tile issue. Had even schedule two different plumbers to come out and diagnose the problem. One didn't show up and the other called 4 hours late to reschedule.

I talked to Chris at Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and he promised to have someone out as quickly as possible. Sure enough Gregg called and showed up. He tested everything and when there wasn't any issues with the plumbing or the pan he looked over a couple of tile concerns and come to find out it was a small tile/grout issue that we can more than likely fixed ourselves. Central Texas Plumbing Solutions could have taken advantage but Gregg was honest and informative. Won't ever call anyone else but Central Texas Plumbing Solutions.
