After a major water leak in my son's home, Recon responded right away. From start to finish, the process was smooth and very efficient. The entire team was just outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, timely and very efficient. The quality workmanship was just outstanding. I highly recommend Recon to anyone. I definitely will be utilizing Recon in the future. Matt and Joquita made my experience enjoyable and I appreciate their expertise, professionalism and outstanding customer service. If I could rate them a 10 star, I would in a heartbeat. My son's home is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Matt and Joquita and your team for quality and efficient service!

I called this company in Feb of 2021 to come out to give me an estimate for some damage to my home. They told me they were busy and couldn't come until April 2021. The morning of the day they were supposed to come they called to decline the job. The reason given for declining was because litigation is involved. I told them back in February that litigation was involved and they told me it would be an extra charge because they handle litigation differently and they have a software system that computes information for litigation situations.
It's highly unprofessional to decline a job an hour before the appointment. Especially, when the reason is for something you do and even charge extra for. I understand a business have the right to decline any job but at least do it professionally. The secretary mentioned race so I guess that could have been the real reason behind it. I told her this is unprofessional and said she stated that she had a business degree and nothing is unprofessional about this and it didn't matter if I was black, yellow, or purple because they would still decline the job.
I have 3 business degrees, BS in Business Management, BS in International Business, and a Master in Accounting. So in my professional opinion this is highly unprofessional. My question is, why not decline job back in February? I could have found someone else to do the job instead of waiting for you for two months only to decline an hour before the appointment. Think twice before using this company!
