I highly recommend this company. We got our first hot tub from them 6 months ago. From the first time I walked in to the store they were very friendly and informative about what they were selling (as opposed to other dealers I had also visited). Unfortunately we have had to have the control panel on our tub replaced several times (no fault of the company or the brand of tub) but each time they had it fixed immediately after I reported the problem. Even though we home test, I take in our water to be tested periodically. They are fast and efficient. I never have to wait. Again, highly recommend this company.

Mike and the rest of the crew are great to work with. The spa we bought was priced right and they have been great explaining what we need to do to maintain it properly. Anytime I have had a question or a concern, Outdoor Pool and Spa have been quick to respond. We shopped around before buying the spa and found the best price and quality here. Now that we have it, we are pleased with their customer service.

They do 10% off all the Polywood furniture if you order through them which was super convenient! We even talked about a one on one design consultation to discuss all their outdoor options for our backyard. I look forward to going back!

Went in looking to inquire about a hot tube and was greeted by a staff member. His name was Cameron. He was very professional and personable. After answering all of our questions and talking to another couple that had purchased a hot tub from them we decided to purchas our own hot tub from them. Very positive experience and no pressure sales.

Shea did an amazing job explaining what I needed to get a neglected spa back up to top shape. She did a fantastic job explaining what I should be doing after I learned the wrong info for the other competitors. Thank you so much and will definitely be back for all our spa needs. Maybe a new spa in the near future.

My wife and I have greatly appreciated Marshall, Mike and the team at Outdoor Living - Omaha on our recent purchase of a Tidal fit swim spa. Our decision was timely around my wife's total knee replacement and their knowledge and expertise on a hard to track down product due to Covid.especially as quality and timely as a Tidal fit swim spa. Marshall even came to the clinic the day of my wife's surgery to deliver a "get well" card and assist us in moving forward with our purchase.

In addition he drove 2-hours to our home to consult and survey our site with outstanding advice. Talk about going the extra mile.and now today he delivered our spa complete with a most helpful crew and crane operator. Purchased a hot tub. Great experience from beginning to end. Every worker I've talked with is knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions before and after the purchase. No delivery issues. Overall great process, and I would definitely recommend.

Outdoor Living is the place to go if you have pools or a spa! We went on vacation and I was even able to call the store and have them walk me through treating my chemicals in our spa at the cabin! Amazing crew and always friendly and welcoming.

Store staff is always friendly and helpful. Service crew, which thankfully I haven't needed frequently are punctual and do quality work at reasonable prices. They built our pool 11 years ago with electric cover and it has needed minimal repairs.

Excellent company to maintain my pool and hot tub. They have kept my pool water crystal clear for the last 10 years. My hot tub was closed and unused for a few years. They cleaned it and it's now ready for the fall and winter.

Purchased our hot tub from here. They were honest and the service was excellent. Marshall was so confidant that he was offering us the best deal and best product he sent us to another dealer to compare. He was right, what he is selling us is by far the best product for the best price.

Wow! Blown away by Tim and every other person we have come into contact with at Outdoor Living! We went back and forth for a few years on putting in a pool, Tim was so patient with us every step of the way (and there were a lot) including a lot of changes and questions. We were over impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency, communication, and care we got from the entire team.

We did have an issue with our new pool this year during a stressful family emergency, and after one call to Tim, he reassured us and told us not to worry about the pool, that he would figure it all out. The amount of stress that was lifted in that moment cannot be described. He and his team went above and beyond to resolve our issue for us during a time of need and we are forever grateful.

We would recommend them a million times over, and have! And the finished product of their work speaks for itself. It was a great addition to our home and look forward to all of the memories it will continue to give us.

Tim and his crew have been amazing from start to finish! We built a new home, and Outdoor Living did all the communication with our contractors and had the pool finished and ready to go before home was completed. We purchased a home with a pool, and never had owned a pool previously. The team at Outdoor Living have been extremely helpful in getting our pool up and running. They have answered all our questions and have provided us the tools and chemicals, etc. that we need to keep in running smoothly. They also have a very cool store with super cute pool floats and toys. We would love to get a hot tub from them too!
