Pichey's Clean Rite

Wow! Don't know where to start. Poor professionalism and no clue how to clean carpet! Anyone can squeeze a trigger and pull/push a wand. But only a real professional knows how to do the whole job. Just moved into a new home thought it would be nice to get the carpets cleaned. Until it's 30 hours later and the carpets and still wet. Called to have them come out to fix issue only to be told sorry. Would not recommend.

I made an appt with them and waited for 2 weeks. I waited 2 hrs because they were suppose stuck in traffic. No one ever called to tell me anything. When i called n left a message i received a call back saying they didnt have hoses long enough to reach. I was sitting outside n they never came so they made up a lie. Had they came i would have seen them. WONT RECOMMEND THEM TOANYONE. PERIOD.

They came to my home to clean my living room, hallway and stairs. The owner would not put any cleaner down. We had to constantly remind him that the carpet was not cleaned. there were many missed spots from his cleaning. Furthermore, he refused to wear a mask while in my home, despite us offering him one of ours if he did not have one. I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone. You will not be satisfied with the work.

Had to refuse service because the technician refused to wear a mask. Even after explaining we've experienced death due to Covid still refused due to steam and temperatures. (I have air conditioning). Very disappointed.

Best carpet cleaners around. Efficient, friendly, and affordable. Have used them at 3 different homes, they clean my restaurants as well. Family owned too, which is always a plus. I've never had any issues and they're always flexible with scheduling.

I've had them out several times to clean my carpets. They're reasonably priced, have a professional and pleasant staff, and always do a great job! I recommend them to everyone in the market for carpet or furniture cleaning.

I called to set up an appointment for a recliner and couch to be cleaned. I was having the couch cleaned to donate to a needy family and keeping the recliner. The couch was in the garage and easy to get to. The owner (I found out later that he was the owner) asked if I could bring the recliner out to the garage to make it "easier" so I did. Both items had water marks and no stains.

Approximately 30 minutes the items were done. I went outside with the $90 I was quoted over the phone. The cleaner said, "Its going to be $100" I told him the lady said 90. He said, "well they were dirtier than expected". I refused to pay the extra $10 even after all of his reasoning and pressuring. The job took 30 minutes. If I have to pay extra, how long did you expect the job to take?

If my calculations are correct, you wanted 11.11% more because you were here 30 minutes. So, you expected to be here 27 minutes and took 30, so you tried charging me 11% more? No, I think this was just an example of trying to squeeze money out of customers. We have enough companies doing this these days. Then. when I removed the cushions to load the couch a day later.

The sides of the cushions were not cleaned. He never removed the cushions to fully clean them. I called and the lady said sorry. The couch is too far away for us to go back out (8 miles from my house). The company was not cheaper than Moderistic or Stanley Steamers, I was just trying to help a smaller Flint company.

This place is amazing! I called them last week to set up a carpet cleaning for my grandmas house. She has several cats and the carpet needed some TLC. The carpet turned out fantastic. Far surpassed our expectations. Very friendly and knowledgable about what would be best for some troublesome spots. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Very poor. Asked me to bump up my appointment by 3 hours for their benefit and then refused to block up the fine wood furniture despite admitting to having the foam blocks. After pulling out the hose, he then refused to clean the carpets stating he was afraid. Reeled up the hose and left refusing to clean. Thankfully a competitor came thru as I had all the furniture moved.

Will never call this company and encourage others to do the same. No call back when they said they would and the owner is the one that walked off the job. Very unprofessional

Great company! Just had the carpets cleaned at my new house and Pichey's did an excellent job! Not only were they able to schedule an appointment the same week I called they also got the job done in a little over an hour! Their prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services!

The first time I had the company out, the older gentleman did my carpets and they were great. The second time I had them out, the 2 sons came, and they did ok at cleaning, but I had wrapped my table cloth around the chandelier so that no one would hit their head on it, and they turned the light on and it burned my table cloth. Luckily I turned the light off and found it before it burned my house down.

They also scraped up the wood that separates my carpet from the wood floor pretty bad. All of the areas that were tile or wood next to the carpet were very sticky from the cleaning solution and I had to wipe them all down after. The first time I had no issues, the second time I had many issues. I don't think I would use this company again. Or I would request the older gentleman.

They did a good job and they booked me without writing a time down in the book but that worked out fine. No complaints with the work either. We had a older gentleman and a you get one. The younger one snapped at me when I was moving my car. I was looking for my keys and yes it took 9 minutes to locate them. My bad. But the young man telling me to hurry up because the work van was very hot.

I get it was a 85 degree day and it was hot but he was just so rude. If I call this company again I will ask to have anyone but that younger guy come back. I wish I got his name to help warn people. I would give the work 5 stars but due to rude staff I would knock down the over all rating to a 3. Oh and they left some equipment here. I noticed it as they were driving a few blocks away. I called the main number and told the office. She said she would call and tell them. Over a week later it is still here.
