Because of an unexpected change in our bathroom remodel plan we were short a few pieces of the glass trim tile. Placing an order which would take 3 weeks was out of the question so I began calling tile companies in a 4 state area. Teresa, with your company in Cheyenne WY was the only person who seemed interested in helping, in fact, she said she understood my frustration and would do all she could to help.

Within a day she had found 5 pieces of my desperately needed tile. I immediately made plans to drive the 300 miles from my home in Rapid City and picked up the tile. Teresa was a life saver!

We had lvp installed in majority of home at the time I did not realize the installers were sub contractors and we got so lucky. I would recommend Nick Ceci and his crew. I cannot say anything about the rest but they did a fabulous job. They worked around us made sure we were able to stay in home with our dogs they moved things we couldn't and we're so fun to be around made the job not so stressful which certainly helped us elderly.

Our only problem is this after a couple days in we decided to have Kaiser do the baseboards as we are unable. Nick tried several times to get someone out here but no such luck. The floor has been finished since end of January. The corner round was included in price but it's March and no one has installed it or checked on baseboards. We spoke to Ethan and were told he was not having any luck getting the sub contractor he has for baseboards and trim we told we would wait and see if Ethan hears from contractor otherwise we can find one ourselves that's a big issue trying to find someone to do work for you in this town is a joke so we are sitting here with unfinished flooring and not very happy at this point charles and Cheryl Cameron

Fully vax with card, no one in show room and gal working said couldn't look at samples without a mask. Lol, plenty of places in town to spend 10k in flooring, this place clearly doesn't need it.

The show room is nice but but the quality is just ok. The biggest reason for one star is customer service! They lack knowledge in their product. I believe the female's name is Krista? She definitely needs a course in customer service. She kept repeating she was immuno compromised and everyone that comes in has to mask up. I agree if you own a private business you can request this.

Why would you work with the public if you are so worried about your health? She made it seem more like a personal control issue than a health issue since she acted pretty aggressive with her demands.

They are honest. Known for years 30.never disappoint. Best deals and craftmanship

The flooring companies are busy in Cheyenne but that doesn't give the owner the right to hang up on a customer. If you have any type of deadline find someone else.

Kaiser has a large selection of high quality carpeting, as well as a good selection of tiles and vinyl flooring. In addition, the management is polite and does a good job helping you find what you want. The showroom is attractive and has many items on display. Relatively cheap for the fantastic quality
