We use steam cleaning as our method of cleaning carpet. This method is by far the best when it comes to carpet cleaning and should be done at least once or twice a year to keep your carpet clean and like new. Hot water with a cleaning solution is extracted via a wand. You go over the carpet a section at a time, overlapping your last pass.

So happy with Charlie's Carpet Cleaning. Professional, on time, and good quality work. I had Aleks come out and clean my carpets today and he was so lovely, polite, didn't try to "up sell" me on things I didn't need. I really appreciated that he was straight to the point and understood what I wanted done instead of trying to sell me. Earlier in the day I had another local carpet company come out and they spent a half hour trying to have me spend over $500 on things I didn't need. All I wanted was a simple carpet cleaning with no hassle and that's what I got with Aleks from Charlie's Carpet Cleaning!

I hope this is just an additional review and not a replacement for the last review I gave Charlie. Once again, Charlie's came to my home and save the day! I was going to have a party and saw how dirty my carpeting looked so started tackling it my self, on my knees with a brush, then the light came on WOW! I gave Charlie and call and he once again preformed a miracle, my carpeting came out so nice and he did something to restore the loft in the carpeting, I can't remember when it felt so thick. Hopefully this will give Charlie's Carpet Cleaning an additional 5 stars and not just replace the 5 stars I have him last time. Thank you so much Charlie, great job!

I needed an emergency spot cleaning at a customers house, I called several companies and Charlie responded asap he fit me in to his schedule showed up 10 mins early, did a fantastic job and was gone in less then an hour. Recommended by my husband; had his office cleaned by Charlie's CC and was very satisfied w/the job. CCC cleaned our home carpets today and they look great! Charlie is a pro and respectful of your furniture & walls too. I usually have a nationally known carpet cleaner do the job but I now prefer Charlie's.
