Romans Cleaning Service

I hired Romans to do a move in deep clean. They agreed to take care of vents, wash walls, blinds, baseboards, etc. The price reflected all the work agreed to. I was there at the beginning and had to leave for a short while. When I returned the cleaners were gone and they had not done what was promised. In fact, they hadn't even mop the floors.

I called and was told the cleaners had stayed and all the work was done. They said they would come out and check, but never showed as agreed. I definitely would not ever hire Romans again.

I have been using Roman's Cleaning for almost 10 years! They are the best housekeeping service in area. Their extreme professionalism, amazing customer service and reliable and honest work is the reason I will not use anyone else. They always show up to work with a smile and nothing is ever a problem for them. I am very particular with my home and if I need something done in a particular way, I just need to mention it once.

They clean my RENO home daily as well as my home in Tahoe and leave both homes immaculate every time. I don't know how I would function daily without having such a wonderful company that I can trust. Reno is lucky to have them!

If you don't mind them showing up an hour early or 2 hours late, or not at all, then this could work for you! They clean pretty well for the price, but the lack of communication is huge. I can't even guess how many times I had to call to find out if they were actually coming or when they would be coming. They omitted cleaning my entire downstairs twice in a row, even though Gretyll promised me they would do it. So, they pushed me too far. Also, they took my brand new broom and replaced it with an old funky one. Time to find someone else.

They clean pretty well, but the communication is AWFUL. By that I mean they might show up an hour early, 2 hours late, or not at all and they don't bother to tell you. They also skip entire rooms or floors (as in the downstairs) after promising over and over they will do it. Don't waste your time unless you have lots of time to waste and you don't mind the frustration.

I used them for 3 weeks and for some reason they couldn't figure out how to clean my bathroom floors or my stove top. The first week, it didn't even appear that they swept, let along mopped my bathroom floor. Each week after that, I'd come home to shoe prints, and dirty residue on my floor. They have yet to get all the white residue off my stove top from when they first cleaned it.

It took me three phone calls and a threat to leave a negative review for them to even call me back after the 2nd week and after this last cleaning, my emails continue to go unanswered. I think it's reasonable to expect that they clean your house per the contract and when they promise to respond to you within 24hrs, then they should. 2 stars taken off for not delivering the service you were contracted to do and 1 star taken off for your poor response time to my calls/emails and 1 star taken off for not remedying the issues I had brought up after the 2nd cleaning.

I have been using this cleaning service for years. They do an amazing job at a great price. If they are running late or have a scheduling issue Jessica is always right on top of it and communicating with me on whatever the issue is. I would highly recommend Romans services to everyone!

2 weeks ago, I called and scheduled a deep cleaning for today, October 22nd. The receptionist was pleasant and explained what services they offered. She set the time for cleaning at 10am on the 22nd. At 11am on the 22nd, no one had shown up at my house so I called and spoke to Jessica. She said she just got into the office and would call me back when she learned what time the cleaners would arrive.

Writing this at 1pm, still no call back and I have called 2 additional times to find out about my appointment. Pretty bad service to not call me back when I set aside my day to be home during the cleaning. I will update the review if they call back.

I needed to call the cleaning team back twice, and even at that point, the details were not taken care of i.e. thick, grime on top of the ceiling fan arms; thick grease on top of the hood over the stove.

The first time Romans Cleaned my house they used the rough side of a sponge to clean my stainless steel stove, and actually rubbed the GE symbol completely off. I should have ditched them then, but my busy schedule hasn't allowed me to search for another company. Since then, they have been completely unrealiable. They show up un-announced, and then when I need to contact them they don't return phone calls or emails. I'm amazed this company is still in business.

I look forward to my biweekly cleaning from Romans! Not only do the girls leave my house looking and feeling amazing but it's also great to have polite and professional receptionists to book your cleanings. I've had to change appointments a few time due to my schedule changing but they maintain a friendly and professional attitude unlike other companies I've used. Thanks ladies!

They were and are amazing! I moved from California and I needed to deep clean my new home in Sparks. They did a fantastic job. They clean my house every two weeks and so far it's going great!

I was referred to Romans Cleaning from a reliable source. They came at a later time than scheduled for a deep cleaning which was fine, mistakes happen. When they left I noticed a ceiling fan was missed, I cleaned it again mistakes happen. Upon closer inspection, I had to spend 2 hours cleaning things they missed: baseboards, walls, vents etc. I spoke with the owner, she agreed that the job was not completed properly and said she would send me a refund in the agreed upon amount in early June. It is now August no refund and no response to emails and calls. I don't often give negative reviews but a significant amount of time has passed without resolution.

Excellent Service. My house has never been so clean, I would highly recommend the to anyone. They arrive when they say they will and are very dependable.

They don't move anything. They wipe what is most convenient and do the minimum amount of work possible to give the appearance they cleaned. They've broken glasses and my toaster. Save yourself the hassle and find someone better.

5 star company! Romans Cleaning is very professional house cleaner I have used them over 10 years now and in 3 different houses They are always on time and courteous. As a parent of teenagers, rooms not always clean or picked up, RC would take care of it. so those who clean your house before a cleaner arrives I used to be but now I know my house will be cleaned no matter what shape it is in. I highly recommend Romans Cleaning.

These people are the worst! they can't ever make it on time and they have the worst customer service! when i called to complain, the "owner" new very little english and was totally rude! at times another girl named jessica would answer with the same ignorance and rudeness. i will never schedule with them again. as for the job they did.horrible. foot and finger prints were left everywhere, they never dusted anything they charged me for and they threw away personal hygiene waste in my restroom! awful!
