David and Michael Palumbo, the original owners of Vegas Painters, began their painting career with painters local union 368 in Washington DC in 1971. They continued as union painters for 11 years, before moving to Las Vegas in 1982. After transferring union cards to local 159 we started our own painting companies.
It was not until January 2002 that Michael and David combined companies and named it Vegas Painters. Michael became sick shortly afterwards and passed away. David continues as CEO to this day. Our philosophy is simple, good work ethics, experience, and dedication along with a desire to do the best for your customers will create a winning attitude, which in turns promotes success.

We used Vegas Painters for minor drywall repair and painting. Adan was on time, professional, and meticulous in his assessment. Antonio and his assistant did amazing work. Everything was properly prepped, not a drop of paint was tracked anywhere in the house and the workmanship was perfect. We couldn't tell where the prior damage was by the time they were finished. The cost was reasonable for the work done. We will definitely be using Vegas Painters again.

I decided to use Vegas Painters the Professionals because the painter I hired on Craigslist scammed me $500 (shame on me for that) So I figured it was best to just take the professional route. It's in their name! However The estimator Mindy who came to my house was horrifically unprofessional. 1. She showed up an hour late. So my partner was unable to be with me for the In home estimate because of work 2.
We're going back and forth texting about arrival time. When she's close I get a text saying "in the ghetto (crosstreets referenced) wow I just bought this house and it felt a little demoralizing to have my area referred like that although it's true. She did apologize for this accidental text 3. Upon describing what I wanted for my painting project she interjected and said this is going to be expensive like $3000.
Which felt kinda rude but we continued 4. I asked many questions and when I referred that I also needed a dry wall project done She had to stop and smoke a cigarette. I was polite I even asked if I could have one. But I could tell she seemed annoyed at being here 5. The estimate paper said ask about our many programs. When I asked about credit she said "oh god" then quickly explained that's just for projects over $5000 I was delighted because I would be happy to do more work if I'm able to pay it off over a few months rather then a upfront $3500 (or whatever our price was) she just asked can we do this later I have a family thing and left.
The overall experience was just unprofessional. I'm sure the painting work will be spectacular! And I'll likely do business with them but I just felt so extremely uncomfortable with how visible impatient and uncomfortable the estimator mindy was I can tell she was just eager to leave my home in the ghetto. After being scammed and wanting a professional project I ended up just feeling even more demoralized

Last January, after receiving multiple estimates to have our home painted inside and out we decided to go with Vegas Painters. Adan Lopez and his crew were great. Adan always answered calls or emails promptly and he was personally on the job daily. Everyone was punctual, efficient, courteous, respectful of us and our home and their work is very professional.
We did have a problem with the stain/paint peeling off the driveway over a period of time but when I contacted Adan at the end of the summer he came out immediately and brought in a crew who removed any peeling areas and did a very thorough job of prepping the surface again. They then painted the whole driveway and so far so good. It looks better than ever. If there should be another problem I would not hesitate to call Adan again. We would recommend them to anyone needing to have their house painted.

I was contacted in minutes to set up an appointment for an estimate. Adan was there the next day with good pricing. The original painter had a family emergency, but they had someone else out to continue the job. They were all very professional and detail oriented. Overall we were very impressed with the work and communication.

This is the second time my house has been painted by Vegas Painters. This team does quality work from start to finish. Their workmanship is outstanding and my home was painted within 3 days. Adan is more than willing to address question and walked the house to determine if there were any touch-ups that were needed. He is prompt in returning calls or text messages to address questions.
His crew cleaned up afterwards and power washed the areas for a clean look. My house looks wonderful with the fresh coasting of paint! I would recommend Vegas Painters to anyone seeking to have their house painted.

We have used Vegas Painters twice, once for the exterior and then a couple of years later for the inside of our house. On both occasions we were very pleased with their work. The crews were professional and pleasant. Their work measured up to our expectations and the price was reasonable. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They are very easy to work with. Someone always answers the phone or gets right back to me if I leave a message. Their team is diligent in getting any estimates I require and then work expeditiously to complete the job. They also keep me informed of the schedule and status during the process. I have used them twice on my rental property where they. completely painted the interior a few years ago and then this year I needed the front of the house painted.
I solicited 3 quotes, Th first quote wanted to charge me $300.00 more than Vegas Painters just to do the upper part of the front and the 2nd one never even bothered to send me a quote. I would definitely recommend them, they are reasonable and get the job done in a timely fashion. If anyone knows what it is like to deal with HOA's you realize how important that is. Being an out of state property owner I feel confident that when I hire them the job will be high quality and completed quickly.

I can't say enough good things about Vegas Painters. From first contact to the finished product, it was a pleasure to work with Rob and the team. Things got off to a great start when Rob actually showed up a few minutes early for the evaluation. I had contacted several other painting outfits and you'd be surprised how many don't return phone calls, show up late, or even don't show up at all. Rob took twice as much time as his competitors walking around my house, asking questions, making suggestions, and going as far to suggest that anything that was to be done should fit seamlessly with the historic and original nature of the house.
I live in an old-Vegas historic neighborhood where many of the homes have maintained their mid-1960's charm and it was important to refresh the exterior without modernizing it out of its time period. Sinatra and his Rat Pack drank, swam and lounged by the pool here long ago, and Rob understood the importance of retaining that aura and charm. The price was a bit less than I expected and I was pleased to give Vegas Painters the job.
The team hooked me up with the local Sherwin Williams store where I could get color samples and take my time choosing the right combination of colors. Once that was taken care of, the VP crew showed up and went to work right away. They even replaced a rotting/falling corner eave. Throughout the process Rob and the crew chief kept assuring me that the job would not be finished until I was perfectly happy with the end result.
There were a couple of things I didn't like after they finished. I met with Rob and within a day those issues were resolved and, after a final walk-around, I had the home that I had envisioned beforehand. Excellent customer service, excellent communication and 5-star work. Thanks Vegas Painters and to all the support staff and crew for a job very well done.

Rob was my estimator - he came out twice and we spent a lot of time talking about the job. He was a nice guy, seemed very sincere and I could tell he really wanted to earn my business - so I hired them. Day before the job began, I was contacted by Adan, saying that Rob was no longer with the company. Adan assured me he would be there in the morning before the job began so we could walk through with me once to make sure we were all on the same page since Rob was now gone. Adan flaked, painters showed up and got started with the prep work.
I was told the job would take 3 days tops. There was some confusion about the color choice after the painting began, and I spoke with the owner at length about re-painting with the correct color. He made some generous concessions and said they could re-paint if I paid for half of the new paint, and he would eat the lost labor cost. I ended up sticking with the color bc I didn't want to pay the extra $ and have the job take that much more time.
The job took 5 days. They missed a big spot on my patio cover. They killed one of my potted Spanish daggers that I've been growing for two years. Drops of paint all over my patio, some over-spray on my windows, and a poor clean up job. Filled both of my 80 gallon trash/recycling to the brim with their garbage. The house looks pretty good despite these disappointments. Friday after the work was complete (aside from the spot they missed) Adan started calling to collect the remaining $ for the work.
I told him when the job is finished, he can have the check. Adan showed up Saturday AM unannounced, told me he needs to 'get paid', blamed me for the missed spot because I was unavailable for a walk-through despite having two final walk-through with the lead painter. Adan hit the missed spot with one coat of paint and ignored me when I asked why he was not going to prime the missed spot and give it two coats like the rest of the house.

Wonderful company to do business with! We had a call back immediately after requesting a quote. They patched and painted our garage, we also had them paint our daughters 4 bedroom house. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. They finished our garage in two days and my daughters home in three. We will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are VERY unorganized and no communication between the workers. They didn't show up the day they said then it took another 4 days to start after they said they would. Shawna is the person who came out for the bid and said they would fix all the cracks and cracks which never happened. They had the wrong paint colors and they didn't help the painters who were subbed out by them.
The painters had to repaint the back fence as well as our garage and shutters. When we called the owner he was very combative and angry. He called back the next day with a different attitude but it was too late by then. I didn't want them back at our house.

Beware, they do not do what they say they will do. Jack told me the crew would remove and replace all wall hangings and curtains. They did a poor job of replacing the wall hangings, and none of my drape rods open and close properly now. Also, like others experienced, paint specs all of the tile floors. They completely missed the cabinets in the mud room, and I let it go since they were in such a hurry to get out at 5pm on Thursday.
This after their saying they double coated the walls in my master/bath/closet, which was not true. I checked on them throughout the day and that just did not happen. The fact they had to go back over it and address was proof that the crew did a poor job. My dryer was moved which is fine, but they failed to reconnect the vent. There is a chunk of baseboard knocked loose in my bath from them, and painted over too.
Rather than fix it, they painted to hope to cover it up I guess. I wont give them a chance to address their short comings, as I do not trust them in my home to get it right. It you don't/can't to do it right the first time, then you probably should find another line of work. I cannot recommend them for any job that really matters.

We just had a 20 foot high ceiling and the exterior of our 4200 square foot house painted by Vegas Painters and they did a great job. They are very accommodating, let us know if the painters were going to be late (they needed a special ladder), and followed up on everything. The painters, Joe and Rodney, were amazing - excellent painters, great attitude, very positive. And they were totally in the ballpark with price. We would highly recommend them.

After reading the other review, I had to write one of my experience. I feel bad the other reviewer had a bad experience, but I had the exact opposite experience. I had three companies come out and give me bids. Not only were they cheaper by $1,000.00, but Shawna was amazing. She walked around the house with me, explained everything they were going to do, and gave me great advice on what should be painted which colors.
The painters showed up right when they were scheduled, very friendly, professional and very low maintenance. You could really tell that they wanted me to be happy. They finished on schedule and the house looks better than I imagined it would. I will see if I can figure out a way to upload a picture so you know I am a legitimate customer. I am only saying that because I typically ignore reviews that are over the top good or bad, but I couldn't be happier with the price, the quality, the service. I have no complaints at all.

The guy showed up, did a whole walk through the house with a clipboard and said he would get back to me with an estimate but never did. I didn't understand that. It's like he didn't care for business or something! We just moved into a 15-yr old home that needed to be repainted completely on all interior walls. There was a time urgency since we didn't want to unpack anything till paint was dry.
I ended up going with someone else. This happened in early Nov 2010. I want to say the guy that came out was the owner as well, and he was going to have an admin (some woman in the office) get back to us with a quote, which never happened.

They did an OK job overall but blew it on the follow up to fix mistakes. They also did not lay down enough floor covers and got paint specks all over my wood floors. I'm still cleaning it up. The worst was dealing with the owner when I tried to get them to come back and complete their touch-ups and fix where they had gotten paint on my door. Not only was he completely unhelpful but he was combative from the get-go. If you do use them, make sure you do not give them any money until they have completed the work to your satisfaction.
