Matt was AWESOME! Text and called to notify me if his arrival and was earlier then expected which was great. Matt was very friendly, responsive and thorough. Explained everything he did during visit in detail. Was super helpful and took care of the ant hills around my house. I feel confident in the quality of work from Matt and Echo Tech. Would highly recommend cloning Matt as he is the best.

I can't recommend Eco-Tech highly enough. We had a rare ant problem this spring and Eco-Tech did everything right to resolve it. They laid out the cost upfront & explained what we'd get for it. This isn't a membership like so many exterminators sign you up for without your knowledge. This is a legit business that delivers on their promise of getting rid of your pests. Here's the pros: 1.

Easy to schedule/change service date 2. Reminder texts days before service 3. Tech texts as they're heading over 4. Knowledgeable & caring techs (like David) who examine, listen & explain the treatment plan thoroughly. We never regretted hiring them.

We had a technician, Matt, who was the consummate professional. Coordinated with us day of multiple times. He was extremely professional, clean, and respectful of the space. He had many solutions to our issues, but we weren't immediately ready to put all in place. Matt went the extra mile to make sure we could implement the solutions at our leisure. All the while he was friendly and a pleasure to be around. I'd recommend Matt and this business to anyone asking. 11/10 service.

What a great company with great people. They were very upfront about how quickly they could come. There was a cancellation so they were able to come sooner. They are very knowledgeable about ants. We had ants everywhere in the kitchen. They educated us about the ants, sprayed inside and out and put down some gel. The next day there were no ants. Not one. I was shocked. I would call this company in a heartbeat. Communication is great. Service is great. Follow up is great. More companies should run their businesses like this.

I've dealt with other pest control companies in the past but Echo Tech Pest Control tops all the other. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! David, the technician, was amazing. Arrived on time and did the job in such a professional and great manners. I was very pleased with his performance. He took his time to treat the entire house inside and outside. I totally recommend Echo Tech to family and friends and will continue using their service for as long as we need it!

Michael was very thoughtful and professional! He let me know when he was on his way to the house, took our four cats in stride, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful throughout! I'm so happy with this company and the people they've sent (two occasions)! They are wonderful to work with and treat their people (from what they tell me) and customers with care and respect. For ants, they treat twice two weeks apart and then offer a 30-day guarantee. Very fair and I appreciate not being locked into a year-long contract that I don't need.

Cannot recommend Eco Tech Control enough! I have 3 children under 3 years old and had a HUGE ant problem in our main living/play area and kitchen. It was easy and quick to have them come out, assess the situation, and do a quick and easy treatment inside and outside. I was lucky enough to get Mike- he was very informative and truly treated my home and my family as if we were long time friends.

So there was an instant level of trust gained within his first visit. And of course- the best thing is that the results speak for themselves. After his first visit, my home became almost completely free of ants within a week. They started to migrate to another area in the home, but when Mike came out the second time (which is included in the initial treatment cost), he took care of them completely and even assessed the main areas again. Haven't seen anymore ants and feel like my home is now ours again. Thank you Mike!

Eco Tech has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Madelyn went above and beyond to help me get service scheduled quickly for a property I was selling. She even texted me the details afterwards and followed up with me the next day. She's kind and really seems to care about taking care of her customers needs. Also Eco Tech always answers the phone!

No sifting through a thousand phone prompts to get to a human being. Regarding the pest control, I've used Eco Tech for years and the technicians are always reliable, smart and efficient. They give you a one or two hour window (not 3-4 hours like the cable company). After they service my home I always see results. Honestly I wouldn't go to anyone else for this service. Our vintage rehabbed condo building is directly behind the RPM project and the city has done nothing to assist with increased rodents. Instead, they have taken shelter in our building. It's horrifying. We were using another pest control company for years, and they have been unable to resolve this problem. We consulted with Mike P from Eco Tech this week and there is no comparison!

You can tell immediately that he is very thorough, experienced, and energized to eradicate these mice. In the 45 minutes he was in my unit, and inspecting the outside of the building, he had more suggestions and was more prepared with different traps and boxes than our previous company ever had. He looked everywhere in my home for potential openings and agreed there should be a mandatory building inspection because they're never in just one unit.

Even though I did not want traps around the house to see, Mike insisted this was the best way to catch whatever is left. I hesitated, but I'm so glad he convinced me by using large boxes that would occlude anything caught. Fortune/unfortunately there was one caught and Mike came to remove it on his own time on a Sunday night at 9:15pm! After working all day at another job! Unreal.

This guy is the absolute best and I hope you call him if you need someone to get rid of mice. Super gross but super happy this problem may be resolved sooner than later for good. Thanks, Mike!

Great company. Stacey, Madeline, David, and Slobo all really went above and beyond to help my persistent centipede issue. These folk take pride in this business and it shows. I would recommend this company for insect services.

Eco Tech is amazing and I highly recommend them for anyone having a pest problem. I unfortunately had a rodent issue & I connected with Madelyn, and she had someone come out the same day. Madelyn was quick with responding, professional and had great communication with me throughout the entire process as well as with the follow up. Nick was the same, he came out was professional, and explained everything that he was going to be doing.

He took his time and was super thorough with doing a search throughout my home and an exterior perimeter check to find any possible areas of entry and he plugged them up. Afterwards, he came back in and set bait traps. A couple of days later, his traps caught the infiltrators and I haven't had an issue since! Fast forward to today, and Justin came out for the 2 week follow up.

Just like Nick, he was professional, thorough and gave tips for prevention. I found the point of entry which was in my storage unit under my porch, Justin checked that entire area and baited in there as well. Again, I appreciate Eco Tech's all around professionalism and for rectifying this issue for me, got a pest issue give them a call.

I had never worked with a pest control company. Echo Tech was very professional. From quick response time on request and accurate quote. David my tech was very professional. From the "heads up txt" on when he was on his way, to answering every question I had about safety, process, next steps. He was very thorough as well applying the solutions. I would highly recommend Echo Tech for anyone looking for a people/pet friendly solution for removing bugs in your house. So far so good, I appreciate the 2nd followup as part of the quote to make sure we've addressed this issue.

Great service. They regularly bait for rats in my outdoor condo area and twice have come out to the house for free inspections (termites + ants). They are always on time and very responsive, and put our minds at ease that the problem either didn't exist (no termites - yay!) or was simple to manage. This is my go-to exterminator company!

Very happy that I chose Eco Tech! Paul was excellent, he removed a nasty bald-faced hornet's nest from my back yard tree. I got stung trimming the tree and had no idea the nest was there. It was deep in the tree and no way I was going to take a risk trying to spray and remove that thing myself. Paul also dusted paper wasp nests in the eaves of my house, and had a lot of good info about dealing with hornets and wasps. Will definitely call Eco Tech again any time I have pet control needs, they are very professional and get the job done!
