Jerry's a friendly guy who is quite pleasant to talk with. He was thorough in his inspections and explained everything he was doing. He is cheaper than the big guys and as a bonus I got the benefit of supporting a local business. Also he was readily available when we called for an appointment. We'll use him again if any rodent problems return.

Jerry was local-small business owned and was significantly less cost than other large owned exterminators. He was honest and ensured I felt comfortable with his treatment. Called Jerry's Pest Control to come assess a potential mouse situation at a new house. He squeezed us in on short notice before a holiday and assessed the house, garage, and outside area. Despite his honest opinion that there were no signs of infestation, we had him lay traps for peace of mind with the winter in play. Jerry was masked up, very knowledgeable on our questions, and personable. Hopefully we never have any issues with other pests, but we will definitely use him again.

Jerry was very responsive and informative through out the process. I appreciate that he took the time to explain to me the procedures he would be doing. He was here about 6 weeks ago and the ants are gone. Jerry was on time and communicative. I felt comfortable having him in my home as he was respectful, friendly, and easy to talk to.
