We had Mountainview Chem-Dry come out to clean our carpet in the family room and two cushions our granddaughter threw up on. We have used three other professional carpet cleaners in the area previously. The first one was okay. The other two were very disappointing and not acceptable at all. I guess the fourth time is a charm. You cannot tell anything ever happened to the couch cushions, and the family room carpet has never looked this good except when it was brand new. Tom was amazing and so helpful. We have found our new business to use for our carpets and highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Mountainview Chem-Dry!

Shawn was our technician and had to deal with some bad stains and pet stains and odors. He was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with his attention to detail. Update: 4 years later and had them out again to get our house ready for the market. Cayden did a terrific job! He was professional and delightful!i would hate to know I had to use anyone else for carpet cleaning. The Best in the Business. I have used Mountainview for years. They communicate well, very professional and treat your home like a palace. They are perfectionists when it comes to cleaning your carpet. You couldn't ask for better!

Mountainview did a great job on cleaning my carpets. They were able to identify areas where our pets had accidents and clean them very well an efficiently. My carpets feels refreshed and look great considering the living they have been through. They were a little more expensive than I was anticipating, but did such a great job it was well worth the price. Our technician was very thorough and gave me several pricing options to take care of our needs. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent service and very professional. Checked all the items I wanted cleaned and gave me a thorough explanation of what The work entailed. He did a great job and was very efficient and personable. Chem dry has done a great job cleaning and treating all my oriental rugs. This is the first time I have tried cleaning my furniture, and I am very pleased. This is the first time we have used this service, I would definitely use Chem-Dry again they have a great service and good people. Specifically, Seth who walked us through the best way to handle the things we needed to be cleaned while we were going through a renovation project. He went above and beyond. We recently used Mountainview Chem-Dry to clean two couches and two chairs. The technician explained the processes and pricing and took a great deal of time meticulously cleaning each piece. I had issues with my dryer not dying on the first cycle so I called the GE repair service.get another opinion. After replacing both units with New and Improved models I still had similar issues. A friend recommended Chem Dry for dryer vent cleaning, worked like a champ so counting bought a new washer and dryer and the reasonable cost of having Chem Dry come out. it only cost me a little over $2600.00 to get my dryer vent cleaned. should have called Chem Dry first. Highly recommend this company Having them clean my carpets next. Ask for Calab

Called about 5 carpet cleaning companies to get quotes. Had several pet urine stains. Got a wide range of answers and quotes to fix it. None of them had ever heard of the PERT system. MVCD came and cleaned my carpets and I couldn't be happier with the results. Caleb was a professional that truly cared about getting my carpets cleaned and cared about my family.
It was a little more expensive than other companies but after seeing the results of PERT first hand, they have a customer for life. Substantially less than getting new carpet. I'm convinced now that many other companies don't clean or sanitize carpets; they just put water down and charge you for it. Give them a try and you will be extremely pleased with their service, professionalism, and the results. I couldn't dream of calling anyone else now.

We have used Chem-Dry for the past few years for our carpets and we recently used them for their grout cleaning service as well. The attention to detail in our foyers and bathrooms were top notch and I love the way our house looks when they are finished. The representatives are always professional, thorough and on time, and we never finish a cleaning without buying a few bottles of their spot cleaner (that stuff has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion.) I would definitely recommend the team at Mountainview Chem-Dry for your cleaning needs.
