Critical: Value They are expensive for no reason. The last guy quote a rate $100 above the lady on the phone. Keep looking around for better service. Service: Cockroach extermination

So disappointed with Arrow Acworth! I set up service when I bought my home before our move in, assuming the house would be pest free. It was not! They kept giving us different excuses. But never did they give us a solution Or keep the home on a proper schedule of maintenance. They had the code to get into my home and each time a different so-called "tech" Would show up.

Which didn't make us feel that safe. Five minutes later and I had still been calling them over and over and they kept coming up with excuses why I was still seeing bugs in the house! It has been so frustrating and I really felt deceived. They're supposed to do a whole house inspection and spray every three months then they told me they would come once a month and do that since they couldn't get things right.

Never happened! They would leave Little cardboard traps in my garage and never picked them up if they were full! It was just so disgusting and such a nightmare trying to get them take care of your beautiful new home. I have a small little dock and we've never ever seen roaches and bugs like this in my life and I have just been so scared for her and trying to keep her safe and when I call to ask them to come back out they get annoyed and try to blame me! I've had custom windows put in with custom screens and they're telling me I'm not allowed to open the window! Are you kidding me! This is been a real nightmare for my whole family and we feel completely deceived.

They are the worst. Look at the reviews a lot of 5 and 1 star and nothing between.odd. those are employees wrinting the 5 star. I hired Arrow back in December or early January for German roaches. At first the service was great and working well for the first 3 months. But I noticed a baby roach which he guy told me I would stop seeing but then recanted when he came back out and said that was a good thing but it was not the truth. 475.00 and 8 months of service my roaches are worst than before. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I really believe they have something to get ride of them but stop using it so they can get worse and signed for more months.

I was a customer of Arrow Exterminators for over 7 years. Each year, I'd get a person come out and spend about 20 minutes inspecting the inside and outside of my house for termites and then another visit to check the bait traps. Each year, the price would go up to my most recent bill of $306 per year. I decided to shop around and discovered that almost every other major firm will do it for about $100 less for a 2 year contract.

I called the Arrow office to tell them I was going to another service and, instead of valuing me and trying to retain me, I was treated rudely and told, "we're sending someone out tomorrow to get our bait traps back." Really? How petty. Confirmed my decision that this company has gone downhill since I started the service. Glad I made the switch!

Poor customer service tonight lady keep hanging up on me and I even email yall about a isue that happen tonight with I guss one of there drivers not securing something in there truck and me hit it tonight on 85 north and it there crate and bucket and gloves and it scratches and got stuck under my car I do have pic and I have e mail u all with my name and numbers

We love our service guy, Jay! Our house was going to be taken off his route but we requested to keep him and it worked : Also, the team at the head quarters are amazing as well. You can tell they treat their employees with respect and care. I love seeing that!

What a bunch of scammers! They keep sending us an $87 bill for a pest control service that was never requested or done! We have tried calling the office numerous times to have this billing issue corrected. All the receptionist tells us the technician will call and have the issue corrected. This has been going on since November 2018 and we have never received a phone call and they keep sending us bills!

They would try make you pay for something you didn't ask for. Now i am getting harassed from collection agency because they're saying i've ask for these services, i did not landlord did and now they're trying to bill me and harassing me. Just spoke to their manager. They keep saying same thing over and over and they cannot even prove that i in-fact ask for it.

This is harassment and extortion. They've asked me to sign a contract i denied they've still asking for money for services I've never authorized. Call small local company not these unprofessional.

I've had great experiences with Arrow. I use them on several rental properties for both termite control as well as wildlife issues. They have also done a thorough job at a fair prize. I've been pleased with their service and level of professionalism.

Last summer I had critters in the attic and crawl space. I paid $1800 for removal cleanup and sealing the house off. A couple of months later on a Friday I came home from work and there was a snake in my bedroom. I'll admit I'm terrified of snakes. Well I called Arrow immediately and their response was its Friday and everyone has gone home. Call back Monday.

I have a young child and I hate snakes so I had to spend more money to get another company to come out. I had forgotten about all of it until I received a service contract extension recently for critter invasion coverage. I threw their warranty extension in the trash. The nerve of not having your customers back and then asking for more money. Yesterday Arrow called me and asked why I didn't renew the coverage.

I told them everything. They acted surprised about how this could of happened and said they would get back to me. Well its after 5pm on a Friday so maybe I'll hear back on a Monday. I even told them on the phone "thanks for reminding me to leave a one star review." Here you go as promised.

I've tried really hard to stick with them but had to finally cancel all services. We had termite, fire ant, mosquito, and general pest control (e.g. cockroaches) service with them. Each service type has to be scheduled individually - they won't let a single tech do all services in one visit, so there is a lot of scheduling to manage, which gets really annoying. Additionally, we have to tell them at every single scheduling appointment that someone needs to be home to answer the door before they do ANY treatments.

This is because we have dogs with access to the yard who get sick if they get near the chemicals right after application. But they have repeatedly shown up with no appointments, and treated with no one home - leaving us to manage puking dogs for the 2 days following. They have no respect for their customers wishes and no memory or retention - any time a request is made, they act like they've never been told before, despite then looking it up and saying "oh yes, it says right here in big letters in your file not to treat unless someone is home". It's really frustrating and I highly recommend saving yourself the trouble.

Even if you don't mind the scheduling hassles or failure to adhere to your requests, their product isn't that good. We regularly have to get extra treatments applied for both mosquitos and general pest control because we will still see lots of critters 2 weeks after their "month long" application. In addition, when we cancelled services, they said that they would then need to remove all of our termite prevention installation since they own that and our termite bond would be void (this is after we just spent $300 a few months ago to have everything updated).

We have used Arrow for our pest control for many years and have been very happy. Jeremy has been treating our home for the last year as our previous technician retired. He is always on time and respectful of my time and of my home. He does not try to sell me on every service Arrow offers and I appreciate that. Since we've been customers forever, we are familiar with their services and will call if we need anything else.

We have an annual contract that brings Arrow out 4 times a year and our home is pest free. Occasionally, we used to find a cockroach but Jeremy investigated and discovered where they were entering the room. Since we caulked the area, we haven't found a single cockroach. We also had an area that was prone to ants when it was rainy. Again, Jeremy investigated and treated the area (behind a switchplate) and we haven't had any any problems since. I'm very happy with Arrow and would definitely recommend them.

I usually only deal with the service personnel that come to our house. I like that they are usually on time but if they're running late, they always call with a new ETA. This has only happened a few times over the course of several years. Our guy, Jim, is very pleasant and gives us tips about keeping pests away from house. Overall, we are very pleased with Arrow.

I had an appointment for Friday Dec.23th for someone from there wildlife division to come out and check some traps for mice. Nobody showed up or called. When I called the wildlife office the phone rang off the wall. There was no answer and no message saying they were closed. I called several times and the phone just rang.

I wish I would have read the other reviews first! These guys are sneaky. I called for a termite inspection for a home that I am buying. They asked if I need a termite letter. I assume that I do, just to have it for my lending and whatnot. She explained that the inspection is free but the letter costs $50. No problem - I was expecting to pay for the inspection and thought that it would come with a letter anyway. $50 is a nice price to have all of that done.

Sign me up! I assume that the inspection took place as scheduled (I wasn't present). Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail letting me know that they weren't going to be able to write the termite letter because of an area that was inaccessible. I understand. I didn't know that there was an inaccessible area but I get that if you can't inspect it, you can't guarantee it with the letter.

Given their inability to fulfill the letter piece, I expected that I wasn't going to be charged for the letter that they can't give me. WRONG! I was charged $50. I thought it was an error, so I called and asked if that could be fixed. Nope. They tried to write the letter, so they still collect their $50. Maybe I'll open up a business and charge people for trying to fulfill their orders, but not actually do it.

I went with another pest control place for the inspection and they were able to inspect everything and were able to provide a letter. They were able to do the inspection on the same day, and were incredibly gracious for my business (I think they are a new outfit). Next time I need pest control, I won't be calling Arrow. Boo Arrow, boo.

This is an Shout out for Arrow Exterminator Service Center Manager, Roger Pryor. I have been a longtime customer of Arrow Exterminators since 1992. The Tucker office has been servining my home continously with quarterly pest control, then termite Sentricon Control as well as the Wildlife Division DEcrittering my home. i have nothing but praise and then some. I want you to know that Roger is outstanding Arrow Ambassor! Please recognize his compassion in the community!

Pretty Slimey BUISNESS! The fire ant treatment they provided had NO effect when we went to cancel they would not let us out of the quarterly service. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! We had several conversations with the treatment person and only after 3-4 calls were we told we could not get out of this contract without finishing a 1 year agreement Waste of time and $$$$$ Welcome to the DEW WE SCREW US AND HOW PEST CONTROL COMPANY!

While I did appreciate the professional demeanor of the home evaluator that came out, these guys want to get all the money they can from you. That is all they care about. I don't know if they assumed because I was a woman that I didn't know anything about my house, or if they do this to everyone. They quoted me over $1100 to get rid of some critters in my attic.

Why so much? Well they wanted to "pest proof" my house by adding screens to the attic gables, adding screens to the crawl space vents, seal utility entries, and seal roof returns. Well, funny thing about that is, we already did all that when we first moved in. The ONLY thing on their list that we hadn't done was to add galvanized steel at the roof decking and fascia board. So they were trying to charge me to do things in my home that were already done. What a scam! I will be going elsewhere for my pest control needs!
