I am not for bashing any business. My name is Timesha and I received not so good customer service from the owner and the person coming out to provide the estimate for my breaker box. I believe John? Was his name. He was very dry, flat and unconcerned with me as I requested an estimate. Whoever he sent out was just as unfriendly, dry, and nonchalant. Electrician never introduced himself, asked how I was doing, and appeared a little uncomfortable. Took my email address down and said he will get the estimate to me.

It came in the postal mail 1 1/2 week later. Every-time I spoke with owner it was because I called and never cared to communicate. I had to resort to someone else because I stopped hearing from this company. K & L did seem to be cheaper than the quote that they gave. Maybe he had some personal things going on. Anyway I hope things get better.

Called and had someone out the same day. Didn't use them because i had a family friend that my wife knew from her brother. But as far as timeliness pricing and professionalism i would highly recommend.
