If I could give ZERO stars that would be my review of this unethical company (or at least the employee who came to my house). First, he charged me for 3 hrs of work and he was only there maybe 2. Then charged for replacement of copper piping and didn't USE copper. Also lied about having to cut into cement when it had already been done by my contractor! Nearly $500 of bogus charges. I went directly to company and insisted I get at least a partial refund. Will never again use this company.

Incompetent plumbers. came out three times don't have a clue. Repaired a toilet that did not need to be repaired. to the owner: I never asked for a toilet repair. I asked where the water was coming from and they could not figure it out and replaced parts that were unnecessary. they were out three times and could not figure it out. Let's be honest here -

I called Ace and they were responsive to me immediately when other plumbing companies were telling me that it would be the next day. They fixed the pipe next to my water meter which broke. They had my water back on in less than an hour, Awesome workers. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.

Ace referred us to Painting Columbus for our crawlspace moisture and remediation needs. We got 4 different quotes from 4 different companies and it was worse than we thought. I give 100% prise to Painting Columbus and Jarrod Brooks for helping us out! They were amazing through the whole process. Explained the issues and repairs needed. Had amazing communication, dedication EVEN when we had hiccups, great clean up and housekeeping etiquette, reasonable prices.

Such outstanding work, I'm getting them to quote more with us! Honestly, I work day in and out with contractors. It's hard to impress me and I very rarely vouch openly for anyone. But Painting Columbus shined and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

Used them before and had a guy named Dennis who provided excellent service! Used them again because of their great service and had a guy named Jim to fix something. He couldn't fix it, which is fine, only stayed 15 minutes for the whole service and then charged me 100. Won't be calling them again just to take $100 away from me. If you are going to use them ask for Dennis.
