Aarons Garage Doors

I have to say that our experience with Aaron's was fantastic. I had a garage door that collapsed while it was open. (My sons had backed into it a couple times each over a few years.) The door was off the track and buckled in the middle. I couldn't get it down. Their salesman, Doug, came out to help me get it down. I figured I should just go ahead and replace both doors since they were 25 years old.

The Clopay warehouse just happened to have the doors in stock that we needed. Aaron's installed the doors two days later. They look great and work beautifully. Doug and Tom (installer) were both terrific. Many thanks. I can't give them a higher recommendation.

We ordered a garage door from Aaron's Garage Doors on October 22, 2021. The door arrived in mid-March, which was about 5-7 weeks later than they quoted. I understand the delay in shipment, so that did not bother me. However, Aaron's did not correctly size the door, so the door that took 5 months to arrive could not be used. Aaron promised us he would refund our deposit (1/2 of the total amount), but has never refunded the amount after 10 days.

He continues to promise to reverse the initial charge, but does not do it. This company may be a fraud, because we have not seen the garage door and have not been able to get our deposit returned. Beware.

Aaron was great about getting my garage fixed timely. However, I have been asking for an itemized invoice for over a month. This is important as I have a warranty on my house that will pay for the repairs, but only with an invoice. I called Aaron and he said he would send it. I have sent at least 3 follow ups and still nothing. The repair is good, but any could have done it, what sets a company apart and gets the referrals and repeat is the customer service. There really is none here.

I used Aaron's Garage doors at a house in Antioch. The spring broke and I called. They were at my house half hour earlier than they said (because I asked him to come as soon as possible). I thought it was going to be expensive but very cheap fix and he took the time to explain to me how to maintain it myself. Really great guy. It has bees about six years ago that had that service from him, but I will never forget it and any future garage door service I need will be from them

Excellent! I called Aaron and he was at my house in 30 minutes. Our garage door cable became loose and entangled so the door became lopsided. Aaron arrived, assessed and fixed in no time flat. Best money I've spent in a long time. Don't look at YouTube and try and fix it yourself. garage doors have a lot of tension and can really hurt you. Hire Aaron to take care of it. My garage door came off the track last night. I called Aaron at 7:13 AM he answered on the first ring, listen to my problem and was at my home before 9:00 AM, door was fixed and serviced within 30 to 40 minutes. Outstanding service and very very reasonable price. I highly recommend Aaron's Garage Doors in Mt Juliet TN.

I am not sure if Aaron is too busy or doesn't really prioritize customer service. Needed a new garage door button installed. Called and scheduled a repair with Aaron. After 3 no call no shows, he finally came to fix the wall button after I threatened to go with a different company. About a month later I needed a new garage door and decided to give him another chance.

My mistake. He repeatedly told me that he would order the door and get the job done only to not show up. When I would call back he would ask me for my information AGAIN and then tell me he would order the door. After multiple calls and 1 month of getting the run around, we went with another company. If you want your garage door fixed or replaced, do yourself a favor and call someone else

We had Aaron come out and give us ideas on a new garage door. He took a deposit on the door we ordered and told us it would take 3 weeks to arrive and install. It's now going on 8 weeks and we have not heard a word from him. He will not return our calls and emails. At this point I cannot recommend Aaron's Garage.

Aaron's garage doors came through for my family yet again. I have used him in the past and he is very attentive and professional. His team came the same day I called and fixed the problem. I honestly thought i needed a new door and the service man fixed the problem without having to replace the old door! This company is honest and takes good care of the community it serves. I will be a customer for life. My hat is off to Aaron and his crew. Good job guys!

Terrible! Their company installed my garage doors when my house was built. Recently, the garage door started locking up so I called them to see if someone could come out and take a look. I contacted Aaron's on 6/9 and was told someone would be in the area and would contact me back to come by. Never received a call. I called Aaron's again on 6/10 and was told they were checking to see why no one came on 6/9 and would give me a call back.

No return phone call yet again. I submitted an online service inquiry the evening of 6/9. Nothing. I called them again on 6/10, no answer. I like to give business back to the initial company, but the lack of customer service and support has been awful! A call back and appt was all I needed.

Great company to work with! Dependable and good quality! We use Aaron on all of our jobs.

Awesome job! Joe is an excellent installer and does what he says he is going to do. Had two barn doors installed with high lift opener. Have had no issues. Everything was done in a quick and professional manner. Very experienced and they do what they say they are going to do. Nice job guys.

I have had the opportunity to use this business two times. Once 5 years ago when they did a fantastic repair on the support for my garage door and again last month when I needed a new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company. Both of my encounters with then were very positive. The people are friendly, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very good people!

I have had the same experience, on first call got Aaron directly he came out and gave me a great price. I called him back and got his voice mail in under two hours for acceptance of his offer. I have sent three emails and called 4 times and not received a return call for scheduling. I called on 9/18 got Aaron again finally, said he would call me back to schedule. No call yet.

Wow, interesting to read the reviews of Aaron not showing up. My experience was the opposite; he showed up for the quote on time, the price for replacing my damaged garage door was good, the door was installed the next day and is fabulous. I have to keep the HOA happy and the door he found matched perfectly. Highly recommended!

Don't do it! Call someone else! Aaron came out twice to look at my situation then said he would call with an estimate which he did. But wait there is more! I was told that I would hear soon as to a date for the install, After 3 weeks I called him and he said he had forgot and would call back in 5 or 10 minutes with a date and time, That was 2 weeks ago.

I have used Aaron and his guys twice and they have completed the work timely and at a fair price. While on premises, they are courteous and informative. There is a problem getting them to return calls or follow up, when they say they will, but you will be pleased with the work if you hang in there and get them on the project.

I hired Aaron to repair my garage door after the spring broke. Prompt - Aaron showed up when he said he would and called to let me know 30 minutes before showing up. Knowledgeable & Professional - I have had 2 garage doors repaired in my lifetime. Aaron is the only garage door repairman who explained the life expectancy of bearings. WOW! Reasonably Priced - His price was competitive and beat the other companies estimate. I have 2 more garage doors that he didn't work on but when they break I'll only be calling Aaron for any needed repairs.

When my garage door spring broke, I contacted 3 companies about the repair. All 3 sounded competent on the phone so I picked based on price and availability. Aaron was able to get there sooner than anyone else. His price was cheaper than 1 and about the same as the other. Aaron showed up when promised. He performed the repair quickly and was very friendly.

Based on reviews I've read, it appears this company is great once you get your foot in the door. But until then, good luck getting calls answered or appointments honored. Below is my experience. Aaron went to the trouble to come all the way to my house and assess my repair situation. He gave me a verbal ballpark quote and said he can call me within 30 minutes with my quote while I head back to the office.

No call. I waited a few days and texted. He said to send my email address. I did. I never heard anything since (been over a week). Mind you, I was about ready to drop $600 (track correction, top panel replaced, new door opener install) and he couldn't be bothered to issue a quote! Meanwhile, my garage door barely works. Dear reader: I'd recommend you seek a more reliable company.

Very disappointing. I had an appointment set for them to repair my garage door and install a new motor. Not only did the tech NOT show up but they never called after my repeated calls to determine what was going on. I would not recommend this company.

I needed my garage door serviced quickly with the cold weather approaching. The company who designed and built the garage door had a 3-4 day wait to get to me. I found Aaron on yelp and not only did he service my door the same day, but his prices were much better than the company I was originally working with. He told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and what I could expect the future service on the door to look like. I can't say enough good things about this company! We previously had Aaron's Garage Door out to fix a broken spring a few years back. Thankfully they placed a little sticker next to our opener so we remembered who serviced it last time. Yesterday, our door broke. Some of the pins were worn and were causing the door to get stuck and warp the railing. Eli with Aaron's Garage Door showed up within the promised window of time.

He was very friendly and pleasant, even with our small children who were curious about this giant man there to fix the garage door. In no time, Eli had replaced the faulty pins with new vinyl-coated ones (extra quiet compared to bare metal ones!), and adjusted the railings/tracks to make sure the door opened and closed smoothly. He tested it out several times to ensure all was well. Best of all, the price was very competitive and within budget. I'd happily recommend Aaron's Garage Door Service to anyone!

I called Aaron after moving into a home in metro nashville. Weather stripping was in horrid condition. They came out the next day and even had the extra auto garage door key pad opener I had forgot to mention. Made sure both my doors were programmed and working before they left, prompt and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I called Aaron and he quoted me a price and it was far less than his competitors. They were going to charge me $29 to come out and $100 for a $5 part. So I called Aaron back and made an appointment for the next morning. He called and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the door and told me about maintenance that I needed to do on the door.
