From going into the shop and choosing flooring, then for all the flooring being fitted, everything was very easy and the end result is amazing. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a first class experience.

Carped fitted on stairwell and landing. The young lad that came out did a beautiful job and spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. No complaints in relation to the work as no element of the service or fitting could have been improved upon.

Had this cowboy company lay a hardwood flooring on my whole ground floor. Left the house for them too do the work.took over seven days.came home too a building site.what a mess.dust concrete cuttings of flooring littered the whole ground floor. Furniture in all rooms including kitchen conservatory dinning room and passage. Also they were storing in our dinning room flooring for another job but. Skirting boards were not fixed too the wall.front door would not close.kitchen door tread not suitable. Had too get a painter in too put skirating boards right as not fixed properly.

All screw holes not filled in and joints overlapping. A undustrial cleaner too clean the house from top too bottom. This company was recommended by the insurance company. They the insurance company gave us the money we spent on putting the shoddy work right. The owner said he would not have left the house like the. But he would not offer us any kind of gesture. So keep clear of this company.

I live alone and asked them if they could move my fridge and washing machine which I was told yes and they'd bring something to help move these - they didn't and moved my new fridge and washing machine around so much my fridge now has a dent in. They then did the job (not very well) and nearly left without putting these items back. When I asked them to do so they did so reluctantly and then damaged the floor they had just put down.

I made a complaint about this and I am still waiting to hear back from them - this was in December, now six months ago. Terrible customer service, little pebbles left under the flooring and overall a really bad job. Not impressed and would not recommend at all.

Fantastic service.was referred to Carpet Studio, Benton Road who gave me my third quote for carpets, laminate flooring & vinyl on a new-build at Consett. The estimator arrived 10 minutes late after stopping for a much needed KFC because it's along way from Benton to Consett! He measured up & we discussed the various styles & options & he pointed me away from my choice on a couple of crucial areas, which proved his experience in my opinion as the end result is fabulous. The fitters were punctual, polite & efficient. All in all a great job & better quality product than the other quotes.

Fitted our carpets on-board Absolute Pleasure Yacht when she visited Newcastle a few years ago. Fantastic service from all the team and the carpets were expertly fitted in excellent time. All in all, a great job and would definitely recommend.
