There are fundamental differences that make operating in the commercial arena a completely different animal.

BW Earp did a complete re-stucco of my house last April and it has been such a pleasure to see ever since. It was so great to find his company. I have been happy with them from start to finish and love recommending them when people ask - and they do. The price was reasonable, the crew who did the work was very considerate of my plantings and completely, professionally, thorough with the work.
The job was done as scheduled, even with the pandemic and its difficulties, and Brian checked in with me whenever changes came up, which is always most appreciated. He was easy to contact, the office was friendly and efficient about messages. It is

We contacted BW Earp based on a personal recommendation of someone whose parents had their house done by BW Earp and this person also had work done by Earp and both jobs were outstanding. I knew there would be a delay as Earp told me it would be six months before they could get to the job. Still, with such recommendations we decided it was likely worth the wait.
The estimate was not cheap, but the job as described would involve wrapping the whole house with fiberglass mesh, putting on a strong base coat, then priming and after that hand troweling the color coat. It took days just to put three levels of scaffolding around the whole house. Then there were 6-7 workers here for two weeks doing the job. The workers were friendly, worked really hard, completely cleaned up after themselves, and did a superb job.
It is really rare to be able to say that about any contractor. I have only positive things to say about this experience and am certain that the job will hold up. The house looks better now than when I built it and certainly better than the last time it was re-stucco'd about 15 years ago, when an addition was put on and the stucco job was so poor that it required the previously mentioned treatment with fiberglass mesh. I recommend B.W. Earp most highly!

I have worked with BW Earp for several years with my construction Company and have always found Bryan and Donna to be professional, easy to work with and provide an exceptional product. With remodeling, there are frequent surprises with the structural-integrity of a building and Bryan was always amicable and cooperative in addressing these issues. His crew are well-trained and experienced and all these things combine into a superior product at a competitive price.

They found problems with our 20 year old stucco that 2 other companies missed, and fixed it during the job. Crew were on time, polite and hard-working. Finished on time and cleanup was fine. I agree about Sergio: he was great. I had to call them back due to damage to stucco by roofing company. They did very nice job with the repair and close-as-possible match of color. All neighbors pleased with appearance. Family next door plan use BW EARP when they re-stucco their home later this year. We highly recommend BW Earp.

We needed to replace the original stucco on our 15-yr-old house. Previously, another company had patched some problem areas, but cracks reappeared several months later. Also, they were unable to match the existing color well enough to pass muster with our HOA. Matching was difficult, since each of the 4 walls was a different color after 15 years of varying exposure to the sun. B.W. Earp's wasn't the lowest estimate we got, but Bryan seemed to take areas we were concerned about more seriously than other bidders.
They were scheduling jobs about 5 months out, and we decided they were worth waiting for. Bryan assured us that if we had a problem that required action sooner, they would take care of it. At the start of work, they opened up problem areas to determine causes and recommend solutions. Randy provided sample color swatches and did a great job matching the existing color to secure HOA approval for the job.
Work generally started between 8:30 - 9:00 AM, which suited our schedule & wasn't too obnoxious for nearby neighbors. Crew was very pleasant & worked efficiently at each stage, removing light fixtures, gutters & downspouts; power washing; setting up scaffolding and masking windows & trim. They always made sure we had access to outside & at least some windows uncovered throughout the work - very considerate. Cleaned up areas daily & restored everything to pre-job condition when completed.
Even touched up some painted wood trim that had been nicked (using our left-over paint). We are completely satisfied with the final results. Perfect match of existing color, which had been a concern for assuring HOA approval. Surface texture is applied consistently throughout. And we are confident that previous underlying problem areas have been thoroughly addressed. Our house is now the best-looking one on the block, and we sleep well knowing the exterior will be solid for many years to come.

We built our house in Corrales 42 years ago in 1977. In 1997, when it was time for a new roof, we decided to get a complete re-stucco job at the same time. We used BW Earp and were extremely pleased. Now, 22 years later, when we needed another roof/stucco, we pulled out our old paperwork, called BW Earp (same phone number!) to give a current estimate. Brian came a couple of days later, and remembered our place from '97.
The price quoted was excellent, so we signed a contract. It was quite a long wait time, but when they did come, they were efficient and did high-quality work. Clean-up was perfect. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Great. Hard to schedule the start, but work went well. Foreman (Sergio) was top notch. Listened to concerns and followed up: kept gates closed for dog, found and repaired damage by others, cleaned up, fixed dogs paw prints made by my dog before stucco set on wall. Punch list items were minimal and taken care of same day. House looks brand new.

From start to finish, BWEarp proved itself to be THE go-to place for parapet and stucco repair. Cronic infiltration of water seepage into my home had made me seek roofing repair until one honest roofer pointed out that my problem was parapet and stucco. The roofer was clear that BWEarp was the only place to get it done right. Bryan Earp is friendly, thorough and professional.
The initial inspection and estimate was completely explained. When the work was started and the process continued, it was obvious that the emphasis was not so much on getting finished as it was on getting the job done right. Each layer and base coat was applied and allowed to set up and cure to ensure durability. As each step progressed, the crews always left my yard and property spotless. Bryan stayed in constant contact to keep me informed of what was next and the scheduling.
I was always treated like their most important customer. Looking back on the completed project, the quality of the work, and the number of man hours that was put in, it makes the final invoice that much easier to pay. They were fair, honest, and professional all the way through. I am VERY pleased and satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
