Pro-Safe insulation was very prompt in coming out and giving us an estimate on insulating our attic. Jeff, the owner explained the process and the materials that would be used. The day of install, the crew was prompt, and very professional. The process was about six hours, and the crew was very clean and leave a scrap behind. Insulation is definitely the best and cheapest way to save money on your utility bills. We would definitely use Pro-Safe again.

Very pleased with Prosafe. Work was completed in timely fashion with crew being very professional and courteous. Crew answered questions we had and made sure we were informed of what was being done. Chris came out to give us estimate and explain what was going to be done. Price was very reasonable with Vectren rebate. All work was completed as promised and in a timely manner. Crew was great! We have already recommended Prosafe to several family members.

I hired this company to vac out the old insulation and blow in new. The owner way underestimated the amount of time it would take to vac out the old insulation. Said it would be a one day job. It turned into 3 different days to finish. He never offered an apology or discount for the hassle of rescheduling us which would have been nice. The guys who did the work did a great job and I would recommend.
I installed attic baffles myself and owner took off 80$ for that, which I was expecting a little more of a discount since I saved his guys several hrs of labor and material. They arrived over an hour late from scheduled app time. Owner never called to do a follow up and see if I was satisfied with the job. Guess customer service is a thing of the past. Overall I would recommend this company, just had a few hiccups with them.
