I called this company 4 times to get them to come out. They lady said she would tell her husband I wanted an estimate never heard back called again she didn't remember me. Third time he said he would come out but then he forgot about me. Fourth time he said he was to busy and didn't want to take on another job. So it sounds like they are older folks with dementia. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Unsatisfactory and disappointing experience - Initially signed contract 13-Sep-2018 for completion mid-October. Final installation delayed twice due to missing components, pushing actual completion to 25-Nov-2018. Raised concerns about various fencing and gate alignments; told these would be adjusted in Spring 2019 - Reached out multiple times via phone and email beginning in April. Forkel Fence ultimately arrived unannounced on 15-Jul-2019, correcting only two of the three gateways. Was informed they would not adjust the fencing; nor center the third gate over the walkway pavers. Forkel then called me a "nitpicker" for questioning the quality of their workmanship - I'm not a happy camper!
