Starting with one truck and ladder the company has grown to provide a full range of exterior maintenance and renovation services. A dedication to quality work with excellent customer service has allowed the company to grow through our reputation.We have 3 friendly office staff who are ready to help with courteous, prompt service. An integral part of the gutter system is the wood it attaches to. We offer professional fascia, soffit, and rake board replacement and wrapping. Rotted or split fascia is often only discovered after the gutters have been removed, requiring replacement and occasionally rafter reinforcement or custom woodwork.

Attention to detail is the mark of a good window cleaner and all of our window staff excels in this area. Special attention is paid to cleanliness when working inside the house and around furnishings. Storm windows, screens, and sills can all be cleaned as well. Our goal is for the customer to be completely satisfied, so no corner is missed.
Roofing & Siding

From tear offs to a second layer of shingles, we've got you covered! Our technicians are available for minor roof repairs, including replacing broken or missing shingles and recaulking of flashing and pipe collars. Tree debris often collects in roof valleys and should be removed to avoid roof rot. This can be included during gutter cleaning for a nominal fee.

We offer a variety of options to help keep your gutters flowing everyday of the year. We haven't yet found a covered gutter system that we feel is one we can stand behind. We have had great success with 3' PVC vinyl screens combined with regular cleaning. Most of the debris is kept out of the gutter and we can easily clean out the debris that does enter the gutter.

We've engaged Metro Gutter around 20-25 times in the past 7 years. As we live in a high tree density area, we had them cleaning our gutters and washing our skylights 5-6 times per year. They've also done some small roof and gutter repairs for us. In 2020, we finally agreed with their Raindrop gutter guard recommendation/installation. The guards have worked so well that, unfortunately, we haven't needed their services more than once a year since.
In 2022, we added a new roofline addition and had MG once again install the Raindrop gutter guard system. They were kind enough to reuse all the previous guards we had from our prior installation. Top rate. First class. They show up on time and perform the job as specified. Highly recommend.

We used Metro to install a gutter, downspout and flashing on our front porch. They are the best home services provider we've used in the 6 years we have been in this house--no exaggeration. Dillon and Tony know how to do quality work even correcting the mistakes of service providers who previously did roofing and guttering work for us. We used Metro Gutter to replace siding that had blown off the house due to high winds. I called on Day One, they came and gave an estimate on Day Two (which was very reasonable), and completed the work on Day Three. We were very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. We will definitely use them for future home repair needs!

Metro Gutters and Home Services has always done a great job for me. They are so easy to work with and will come and clean my gutters when expected.
