Malpede Construction is a full-service General Contractor specializing in both residential and commercial projects. Tom Malpede, a former Fremont police officer, grew up surrounded by the construction business. His father was and architect and a general contractor, who's personality, passion, and drive made him well known for his buildings, homes, and design awards.

Tom not only grew up around the business, but he was born with the same personality, passion, and instinctive knowledge for construction as his father - which drove him to established Malpede Construction in 1995. Since the beginning, Malpede Construction has stood for quality, integrity, and pride.
