As mentioned in many reviews, I have had my fence since 2010 - and the quality and look is excellent. HOWEVER - getting repairs is impossible. Due to an auto accident 4-6-2021 - I need 2 panels replaced. Ins settled quickly and was paid within a week. However it took 4-6 weeks to manufacture panels and now waiting for install. I have been calling for past two weeks and can get no answer. This week I have left messages for Ops Manager for 4 days and still no response Covid is not responsible for them not returning calls. It is now over 2 months.

Horrible customer service. We have a fence repair job that was approved in April 2017. We were told that it would be completed within 6 weeks. The job had not even been started within that time. After numerous calls and complaints, we were told they would finally start the job the week of August 14th. That deadline was not met. They did not actually start the job until August 23rd.
And by "start on the job" I mean that they tore down the old fence, set the posts for the new one and put up a temporary fence which is pretty much worthless since they left it with a 10 foot gap in it. I spoke with Matt Booth that same day to find out when the new fence would be installed. He told me it would be complete on August 29th. I called he back on August 30th when it still was not done.
Instead of trying to do the right thing, get this job done in a timely manner and having any amount of professionalism.he got upset at my complaint and hung up on me. I still do not know when the fence will be complete.

I loved our fence when it was built and it is much more expensive than most fences but over the years the ground shifted and the fence started to shift and fall down. The fence supposedly had a lifetime warranty but when I called the company, they said the warranty didn't cover the ground shifting but in Texas that is part of life and I would think that should be taken into account when the fence was built for the price. The company wants thousands to come out and fix the problem. We have had to use QuickCrete and pulleys to try to keep our fence up and our dogs in the yard.

We are very pleased with our privacy wall that was installed by Fencecrete. From the beginning of the project to the end, Fencecrete made themselves available to meet with us to ensure the project was being managed and built according to our specifications. The two crews that were assigned to our wall, run by Robert and Richard were amazing. They were extremely professional, very respectful of our property, and managed the build with precision and conscientiousness.
We get many positive comments about this wall and how aesthetically pleasing it compliments our property. We are thrilled and would definitely recommend Fencecrete for any residential project.

Doug of Fencecrete has been wonderful to work with on our project in Bryan, Texas! He is so courteous and professional in delivering superior product and service! His crew has been so wonderful to work with! Victor, who is the lead workman installing our fence, has been so helpful, patient, and professional. What a beautiful product for our community to behold! And, what wonderful people to work with!

I love my Fencecrete, now have a warranty issue but. I purchased this fence around 335ft and gates in 2003 at $15,866.09. I love the low or almost no maintenance issues until something went wrong. I then contacted and was told some bait and switch that my warranty doesn't cover unless I had a letter that said. This was done by email on 11/13/2017.
I appealed the owner Mr. Yuda Doliner, that when you give your word, we have a covenant. I found my documents from 2003. Including my receipt and the brochure and says Fencecrete America " The Lifetime Warranty." I will change from a single star when they back their word of warranty. Now that I have found this, and the repairs are estimated at $3,857.35.

Sugar Land, TX TRUCK # 190 is a danger to all drivers! He is reckless and rude! Tried to run me off the road and after that gave me the finger. He even had the audacity to point at his truck number so I would call the company. I'm guessing nothing will be done to fix this matter, therefore he doesn't care if he's endangering drivers on the road. Called the company to report the driver but they didn't seem to care.

This company was hired by the City of Round Rock to install concrete fences along the roadway. They hit a 10 water main on the corner of my property, and the resulting flood caused damage to my fences and deck. They refused to do anything to repair the damage their negligence caused. The owner, Yuda Doliner, was curt, rude, and completely uncooperative over such a small repair. These people are crooks. Take your concrete and fence needs elsewhere!

Unless you are a large business don't do it. Unfortunately since this is the only show in town, they really skimp on customer service for the small project. We had originally requested a specific time period for completion of the fence three months prior. They assured us it would be done by then. Two months later we still hadn't heard back so we contacted them again.
They estimated another two weeks, but at the last minute they called to say they couldn't do it in time. After our project being delayed many months, they finally showed up at our house one morning. When they evaluated the job they decided they needed some tools and they'd be back "after lunch." At 2PM we texted the foreman who apologized but the crew had been diverted to " a small job" elsewhere and would be there in an hour.
Finally an hour later we notified the foreman we would be canceling the job. He never answered our message. We finally called the office to confirm and yep, the job was cancelled. Finally we sent an email to the sales manager who answered that yes they dropped the ball and were sorry. Off to the next job. Luckily they never asked for a deposit from us, otherwise we'd be stuck with this lousy service. The only reason I gave it one star is because the site requires a star be selected
