We used coverall for our cleaning and wasn't happy with the service. We called repeatedly telling them to cancel our service. For some reasons, the communication is very bad and they keep billing us for services that they did not performed. We have call record, camera footage that they never service us and continue billing us asking for payment. It has been months since we tried to cancel and its like pulling teeth with them to get them to CANCEL AND STOP BILLING US. I do not recommend this company.

What a waste. Hired to clean, but the person assigned often sent his daughter to do it. No refund unless he approves it, which of course he didn't. Also, their floor cleaner they insisted on using created a buildup that took many mopping sessions to remove. Avoid using them! I attached a photo of where someone spilled on the floor and when we cleaned it up we noticed how much better the floor we cleaned looked.

The management was very unprofessional and unresponsive to issues we had with our cleaning. The floors were never properly mopped, the toilets were not regularly cleaned, and the sinks were just wiped off. The offices were barely dusted. The services promised were never done despite my bringing them to the attention of our contract cleaner and the staff including leaving a voice messages for our Field Consultant who just gave the cleaner my email and never followed up. When I sent an email to cancel the service I had no reply from either the sales consultant or customer service rep in charge of our account. Very disappointed overall.
