After 3 companies didn't call back for a price, didn't show up, didn't want to do the work in Coarsegold, I landed here, thankfully. Super honest, great people to work with, they run their business like a real business. On time, professional, and their work and quality of their product phenomenal! They are slightly more than then other companies ( that did not show ) but I have had doors and openers from the other companies in the past. Overhead door didn't want to say it, so I will, chamberlain and lift master are garbage compared to what they do, the products installed by overhead door are quite, smooth, and overall a quality so far above the work I've had done in the past by other companies.

Their installer was on time, professional, is a master at his craft, and most importantly does beautiful work. Please don't look past this company. They are the good standard in their industry.

I called overhead door and they were able to come out emergent even though their next available appointment was 3 days from when I called them. My garage door wheels came off it's tracks bending some hinges and side steel cables unwind. Pardon me for not catching the name of the older gentleman that came out, but he did a phenomenal job! Really meticulous about his work.

He even tighten up the center springs, and lubed up all the hinges. Now my garage door opens and closes buttery smooth. Thank you Overhead Door for taking care of me so quickly! I will definitely be using your service again! To the old man who came out, thank you!

I would NEVER use this company! I was driving down Clovis Ave on a very foggy morning and was cut off by their work truck making a u-turn in the middle of traffic. If their driving is a reflection of their work, they are careless and dangerous! Be careful when driving company vehicles, you are portraying the organization you work for!

I had an after hours garage door emergency and this company took care of me right away. Having your garage open all night can make a lot of us feel ill at ease and they made sure I didn't have to worry. I received a quick accurate quote and Brett was there right when he said he would me. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will be using them again if I need to.

This company was great to work with! They were responsive, professional and cost-effective. We had a broken panel on our garage door that we thought would need replacing. Instead, Ben and Brandon fixed it, saving us $$$. Then they installed new quiet openers-what a difference! So refreshing to work with hard-working, honest people who know what they're doing! I have had two doors and openers from Overhead Door Company for 20 years. Excellent products. Today I bent the door track while pulling a large trailer out of my garage. Removed the bent metal track and stopped by ODC to see if they might have a part to replace it. The office worker, I'm ashamed I didn't ask her name, went back in the warehouse and searched until she found a suitable piece that just needed a couple of inches removed. $16 was all she charged me!

For a 7 foot length of molded steel I was delighted to pay such s reasonable price. Also discovered that they sell insulated garage doors which will be next on my list. This is the way a good business operates.

Great customer services! they arrival two hours earlier then schedule and got the job down within a hour. i highly recommend them. in the future looking forward to call them again for future project.

I recently had ODC come out and install a garage door opener in my home. The service was great and the technician who performed the job was professional. It was after the installation job that I had discovered a few things that became a minor concern to me as some information were not disclosed to me before or at the time of service. I was able to communicate my concerns to the owner who was receptive, and after answering all of my questions I am now a satisfied customer.

I wanted to take a few moments and carefully disclose some of the things that I have discovered so the general public is aware what they would be getting themselves into prior to reaching out to ODC of Fresno. The only thing I wish happened was ODC of Fresno disclosing the following information to me prior to starting the job at my residence. 1. ODC of Fresno is a subsidiary of ODC and the Fresno distributor had informed me that they are currently going through what was shared to me as a temporary "evaluation" period with ODC.

It was explained to me that ODC of Fresno has been getting faulty ODC products from their parent company and as a result of that the distributor has decided to temporarily stop using its line of products. ODC of Fresno is now offering "better quality" non-ODC products (i.e. Synergy 260 and Synergy 370) to their residential customers, but customers who want ODC products can still request it. 2.

Another thing that I learned was that customers who want to pay using a credit card would be subjected to a $22.55 fee on top of the bill. Customers who uses cash or check will not be subjected to those fees. Despite the mentioned information above I want to re-emphasize that I was overall pleased and satisfied with the product and work received from ODC of Fresno.

Best price I could find in Fresno. Ordering was easy, shipping to their facility took forever. Once in they put it up quick without issue.

I backed into my garage door (special I know) and needed someone to come out asap to fix it. I requested their service and I received a reply right away, maybe 15-20 minutes. They were able to send out a technician the same morning (maybe thirty minutes or so) and he was able to fix it right away. Very professional, prompt, and friendly. It didn't break my pockets either. Thank you again.

We had Overhead Door replace the spring on our garage door. Two technicians came out on Tuesday and fixed it. 3 days later the door did not go up. Overhead Door was called again. This time the technician Van came out. He surveyed the problem and said he could not fix it then and promised to be back at 5:00 on Sunday. He came at 4:30 on Sunday and had the garage door fixed correctly. I guess prior technicians had something adjust wrong. The Five rating is for Van. He was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Great service! Wanted a quieter door mechanism, my dad referred me to these guys and I can see why. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady who answered was really helpful. She took the time to explain what specials they were running and asked questions to ensure I was going to get what I needed. She gave me a quote over the phone that included labor, parts, and a travel fee.

The morning of the installation the serviceman was considerate enough to call ahead and let me know he was running about 20 minutes behind schedule. Once he arrive he worked quickly and showed me how everything worked. I appreciated the fact that he let me know he was running behind, I can't remember the last time a company did that. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased!
