I'm terrified of spiders and OPC does a great job keeping them away. I've used OPC for a year and a half and I have to say they are better than Black Diamond or any other company around. They are reasonably priced and they do exactly what they say they're going to do. Services: Spider extermination, Bug & insect extermination

I have been a part of OPC at least 6-7 years. They have provided excellent service, as promised. They are very courteous, respectful and professional. They follow up every quarter to check the property outside and once a year to check inside dwelling. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have not had an insect issue since I joined OPC. Thank you OPC!

BEWARE - after being a customer for over 24 years (quarterly maintenance service) - now they are overdue by 3 weeks. I have ants in four different locations, the one ant is over 3/4" long and red! The others are small, some with wings. It took them 24 hours to return a phone call, after I was on hold for over 30 minutes - I left my number to remain in the "que" - that's a JOKE. The Chat guy called me - all he said was they are scheduled for tomorrow. Let's see what the outcome of that visit will be.

When I made the appt I was told the exterminator would be able to close any holes in my home to help keep mice out. When the technician came all he did was set out a bunch of bait traps. He told me he was not the person tdid what I wanted done. I'm disappointed with the person that lied to me when I made my appt. I'm unsatisfied with the company because they charged $275 just to set out bait traps with two follow up visits. Noticing mouse droppings was very anxiety causing and being unfamiliar with what to do I really expected to get more for the price I paid.
This company masks the problem temporarily. Without sealing the holes mice will continue to come in. Luckily I found a very helpful exterminator that went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. Christian with Tailor Made Pest Control is who I will call from now on and I think you should too if you want great work and immense knowledge!

OPC arrived as scheduled. Our contact person Lynne was very pleasant and helpful to work with. Robert installed a new screen door on our porch and did some minor repairs. His work was very well done and in a timely manner, he too arrived on time. I will use OPC in the future for home repairs and I have been a Four Seasons account for several years.

James was my technician and he's been out to our house multiple times, as we have the house serviced quarterly, and he's great every time. Always offering additional advice as how to maintain a pest free home. We back up to a flood reservoir and structurally the people who built the home didn't do the best job so he's been extremely helpful and thorough every time he comes. We've had to call in between the quarterly visits simply because these ants can't take a hint and he's never seemed put out or irritated to have to come back. He's great!

My strange experience with a company we did not hire. We bought a new house in Whiteblossom Estates in November 2020 Closed on 11/25/20?. Shortly after moving, OPC came to our new home to chat about a new service contract for pests as the previous owner had one. He gave us his card and we told them we'd be in touch. We decided not to hire OPC at that time and get settled in our new house.
Little to our knowledge, OPC decided to continue to treat our home, even though we didn't have a contract with them. They forwarded the bill to the previous owner who informed us OPC had continued to treat our home, without a contract. When we called, the customer service rep informed me that there was a contract with the previous owner that they had forgotten to cancel.
When I inquired about the sales rep who came to our home to attempt to sell us a new contract, she dismissed that and informed me that if there was a contract with a previous owner, they were going to deliver, even if they sold us a new contract. So when OPC sent the sales person out to my home, were they going to bill two contracts for one treatment on one home?
Why would OPC wait months to bill for the service the provided- which supposedly was on Jan 21, 2021? We were never informed that someone was spraying bug poison on our property--would have been nice to know, as we have a dog that goes outside. End result, we ended up paying OPC for a service we did not purchase nor agree to. Not totally sure, it actually occurred.

Adam came out to my house and went all the way around and now I don't have any more ants in my breakfast area. He found my problem, and I don't have any more wasps, he found that problem as well. Came back to follow up on some mouse droppings. Everything's good there. Easy to work with he's my regular guy and he has five or six houses in our immediate neighborhood.

This company has been amazingly professional and pleasant to deal with! Donald explained everything that he was doing, types of spiders (one of my huge dreads) and was honest enough to let me know that I didn't have a ground bee issue, when I thought I did. He could have charged me for an unnecessary spray, (which I was ready to purchase) but he didn't. I'll go back onto yelp, to add another sprayer's name onto my review, once I obtain it.
She was courteous in every way and went out of her way to accommodate our schedule for spraying. Both she and Donald are great representatives for this company. I highly applaud their work ethic and their great product! Thank you OPC, and your dedicated team! Paulette M.

I called and made an appointment and they sent me an email with the name of my tech and a picture of him before he arrived so I'd know who to expect. Kevin was really nice. He walked around and evaluated inside and outside and gave me his recommendation and pricing options before doing anything. I live close to Jefferson Memorial Forest so woodsy, lots of trees, and lots of spiders. I've seen significantly less bugs of all kinds since they treated. I'm really happy with the pricing and service. Definitely recommend OPC!

Ants! With all this rain some ants decided to invite themselves inside our home. We typically don't mind company, however, they have overstayed their welcome. We hired OPC Pest Control and Steve came out to service our home. We haven't had any issues since. They got the job done. Highly recommended.
