The clothes cleaning location on 511 and pines.not friendly and shocked at average $20 a piece.but the carpet cleaning location on professional Drive.whole different experience. These employees are helpful over the top, friendly, and know their business. The prices? its expensive to get oriental rugs cleaned but they have value and I could not risk them to anyone else.

But the prices are worth protecting valuable carpets. Also it was reassuring when the employee told me she trained at the Carpet cleaning firm on Ross in Dallas that I had used for decades.

Porters was an amazing company to deal with. They made me feel so comfortable by texting me pictures of the people that would show up to clean my carpets. They did an amazing job. About a year ago I had my carpets cleaned and it was just so so. It was not done by Porters at that time. I had a stain of paint from my daughter using paint for her arts and crafts in the bedroom. I broke my back and have been forced to live in my bedroom for the past several months. I smoke and have recently been smoking in the house. Porters carpet cleaners came out, on time and was able to get ALL the gunk out of my carpet and there were some very heavy stains by my bed such as spaghetti sauce, something sticky and flipped ashtrays. I told them just do the best you can as I have beige carpet. There is no trace of my mess at all! Also, they Scothguarded the entire room and the price was still much more reasonable than any other company in Shreveport.
