Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I had bought a deadbolt lock from someplace different only to realize I don't know how to install one. I purchased it old toolbox, that had an electric locking mechanism. The manufacturer had gone out of business and there was no knowledge base left who knew how to bypass the lock. There was not even work any resources or manuals online. Lubbock lock and key sent Bill to the rescue, he was able to figure a way to open it up. For an extremely low reasonable price. Bill was fast, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. 10 out of 10, would rely on this company again

This is a company with heart and compassion, something rarely seen these days. I didn't ask for anything extra or to be treated special but when I got of the phone after stating my needs I thought, what a kind sounding lady. The tech showed up quickly and ready to do his job. He was professional and fast. I'm leaving some details out on purpose because this was a personal situation to me. When the tech finished and left I was speechless with their compassionate handling of my situation. I fully recommend this company.

I've been to Lubbock Lock & Key at least 3 times. They have excellently handled all my needs. Reprogramming new car keys, picking a lock I needed open, removing and replacing damaged locks on my truck toolbox. Everything done as fast as I could expect and at a price well below what I expected to pay. These are the best professionals I can find in Lubbock, and I will come back to them for all my lock needs

This place has always been a quality, locally owned business. They have helped several times with keys for my car and house. My car key is one that has a double sided laser cut design, and when I went to the dealership to get a spare made, it was over double the price of what Lubbock Lock & Key charged. They have top notch customer service, and they have always gone above and beyond. Definitely check them out for Andy lock or key related needs.
