Response to Manager: Apologies for wanting a stump removed and reaching out to a business (your business) I didn't hear from for over two weeks. Charity did not give me a timeframe or even an evenings notice to make arrangements on a Friday when people are at work. No communication on moving vehicles and talking to my neighbors. Charity knows I did not harass her.

That is a blatant lie from your employee and the business. I waited over two weeks after accepting the proposal and then called. That doesn't sound like someone being pushy about having two stumps removed. Once again, poor communication and customer service. March 15th Arborist comes out to look at the two trees to be removed, including the stumps. March 17th they send the proposal and I accept it. March 31st I still do not hear back about scheduling anything or a response to accepting the proposal.

I call to see what is going on. The lady said they were backed up for a month. I understood and she said Charity would call me when they have an opening. Today, April 1st Charity calls and says someone can come out and grind the stumps in about an hour and I do not have to be there. The person arrives, I am gone but can see on one of my driveway cameras facing the street.

She calls and says he cannot do his work due to the neighbors truck in their own driveway being too close, even though the boat is between the truck and the bushes. So, I call my neighbor who is at work and they go out of their way to move the truck. Charity said she would call or text me if a problem occurs or they cannot do it. While at an appointment I receive no call or text so I assume all is fine.

I check my camera and the bushes were not touched and no work done even though my neighbor left work to move their truck. They person from Grover still left.so I call Charity and she said I will have to wait another two weeks to hear from a lady named Patrice to possibly schedule. After a few choice words I canceled. I do not recommend Grover for residential services due to no communication whatsoever on their end and no customer service from Charity. Waste of time.

My husband & I have been walking our dog daily in the Woodland West area (Bluegim, Morse, Kansas) for many years & have noticed the quality of landscape care has improved by leaps & bounds since Grover Landscaping was hired. This weekend a 3-man crew did a beautiful job trimming the greenery on the walls, removing ALL the weeds, and carting away the prunings. Kudos to the super crew! Al & Elaine Forcier

These guys removed a city tree at my house and i was worried they might damage my newly landscaped yard. It was like the tree just vanished and when they left not a grass blade was out of place and I'm very picky about my yard. I was very pleased to see how clean it was. I would highly recommend Grover.

I went in looking for azalea plants for my landscaping & was greeted by Jose. He was with me from the time i Got there and led me to EXACTLY what i asked for and was VERY knowledgeable about all my questions regarding the plants I was buying. I was searching other nursery's while working with Jose and he was aware of this and had no problem with me doing so.

While talking to other nursery's ( which put me on hold ) just to come back and tell me they had to "research " my question and call me back to answer! My question. Was, "how tall and wide will these plants get?" That needed research? And you work in a NURSERY? No thanks! I decided to stick with the guy who knew his stuff and didn't hesitate to answer any questions and had answers on the spot! I will refer Grover for all purposes and ask for Jose! He knows his stuff and was very professional and friendly! Thanks Jose!

Tree service fast and safe. Team got here on time. Took tree down in 2hrs.

Jose at Grover Nursery is great! He knows his plants and if he doesn't have it in stock, he can find it for you! Super responsive! Plant quality is great! We always get our Monrovia carpet roses from Jose!

We called grover because of their implied knowledge and trust. They butchered the lemon tree. leaving the majority of this years crop on the ground. they ignored the problem areas and instead decided to concentrate on the trees that were in good shape and needed little work. I stopped them before they could do them same to the grapefruit and orange. We are still in need of service. Grover is dishonest. They took advantage of aging mothers ignorance. l be reporting them to the BBB

Update: Grover did a great job of trimming our trees. We also had them plant 6 new trees. While we're very pleased with the tree trimming, I don't think they did a good job with the tree planting. The holes were barely big enough for the new trees and there was not any soil amendments added to the sandy soil that we have. However, they did stake them well and all the jobs were completed on time. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I would not use them for the tree planting next time.

I do recommend them for tree trimming. Update: I did speak with Randy the following week, and other than the initial issue mentioned below, their communication since then has been excellent. I've got them scheduled to trim some trees and plant new ones. Original review: Randy came out on Wednesday to give me an estimate to trim about 5 trees. He was punctual and professional.

He said he'd email me an estimate, but it's now EOB Friday, and I not received anything. I called him, left 2 voicemails, and emailed him, still nothing. I don't understand why a business would come out and waste their time and mine and not follow up.

I visited the nursery in Modesto and the grounds manager, Francisco, took the time to make recommendations and ensure we were choosing material that best suited our needs? We didn't realize that this nursery was open to the public, and we will definitely go again. The nursery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly!

Their workers who prune wall vegetation & spray weeds have been doing a great job keeping the Blue gum / Morse roadside area neat & tidy! Thank you!

Our HOA hired this company to do weekly yard maintenance. They have been extremely rude and unresponsive when we brought up concerns about our sprinklers, lawn and trimming the bushes in our yard. They have broken sprinklers with their lawn mowers and have refused to fix them. This morning they were blowing off our porch with their blower. He blew the sign off of our front door.

The worker watched this happen and just turned around and walked away like nothing happened. In the 8 years that I've lived here the yards in this HOA have not looked this horrible. Even the common areas look unkept. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The 3 gentlemen who came to my place were very courteous, followed through on my request, and did more work than I expected on cleanup. The service was great. I would recommend them to anyone. I had two limbs broken during the storm on Monday.

They are cleaning my business and literally got sawdust on every single one of my customers cars, when I called in to complain I was told that its whomever paid for the clearing and not their fault?! I don't know of any type of business that would dare say that to someone legitimately complaining, was also told who cares its winter who cleans. their cars during the winter. the amount of attitude I received during this call told me im not going to get anywhere with this class less company. so hey if you want a bunch of guys making a HUGE mess at your home or business and not owning up to it go ahead and get taken. they wouldn't even put a manager on the line, this tells me this company does this ALOT!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with getting my tree removed. In fact, i will be contacting them to get a quote for landscaping. I would highly recommend them!

Words can not express how grateful I am for Grovers. Not only are they completely professional and do great work, the were very patient waiting on the unprofessionalism of the City of Stockton while being sensitive to our situation. The communication between the office and the workers was very comforting during this process and Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job safely removing our huge oak tree from our home. Again, we thank them for helping us get through this trying time as we are moving to the next step of rebuilding.

Very professional, handles huge trees with ease, timely, polite, dependable and takes care of the mess when they are done! Thank you!

Grover is not only a GREAT company to hire for landscaping, they are also a GREAT company to work for. I seen first hand how they treat their employees and it's with the up most respect and appreciation. I would not only recommend Grover for business but also for employment!
