Steam cleaning is actually a misnomer, because it's not steam that is cleaning your carpets, it's very hot water. In fact, the technical name for this type of cleaning is hot water extraction. This is the most common method of carpet cleaning because it does a wonderful job and is recommended by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

This isn't the first time we used SRQ, but they did such a good job that we called them again. We have wall to wall carpeting and rugs. He was able to get out a carpet stain that I had tried repeatedly to remove to no avail, and when he was asked to clean a couch he said it had slip covers and I could do it in my washing machine. I was so impressed with his honesty in telling me I could do it and save the money, but I didn't want to - he did it and it came out better than if I had done it.

We have been using SRQ for all carpet cleaning for several years. We have white carpet and recently had a red wine spill. Anna was able to schedule our annual cleaning within a few days and the stains are gone. Very pleased with Jeff's work and professionalism. I did leave you a good review 2 years ago. It won't fool anyone thT I went from 5 stars to 1. You put me and my family at GREAT risk by not telling your customers you are unvaccinated. Oh you may want to wipe up the water around the carpets so your older customers don't slip. Falls are one of the top 4 causes of death for people o er 70.
But then if you don't care about committing manslaughter by spreading Covid? Probably safety is also not on your list. There is a growing reason people shun businesses that don't even wear a mask. Pity. WEJD?!?

Needed carpets and tile floors cleaned. Noticed Jeff's company when searching online and stumbled on the photo of Jeff and his family. I like the idea of dealing with locally owned and operated businesses and I thought the marketing was clever. It caught my eye. Gave him a try and was delighted with the service. Excellent job - beyond expectations.
And as icing on the cake - Jeff is just a really nice guy. Cannot be easy maintaining 2 full time jobs, so hat's off. Going forward, I hope that I only see Jeff in connection with his cleaning service, rather than his "day job!"

Although I routinely clean my nearly 18-year-old tile and grout floors with a steam cleaner, they have never been professionally cleaned. Since the grout had become very discolored without special attention through the years, I was not expecting much improvement in appearance. However, much to my surprise and delight, after a thorough cleaning by Jeff, the grout was fully restored to its original color! Moreover, since he had to drag his hoses over part of the carpet in my master bedroom in order to reach the tile in the master bath, he cleaned that section of the carpet before leaving at no additional charge. Consequently I would highly recommend SRQ for tile and grout cleaning. I have also used them in the past for carpet cleaning with similar excellent results at very reasonable cost, so I would highly recommend them for that purpose as well.

It's the very best.service, attitude, efficiency, and care. Kristen is the scheduling person and she is extremely efficient and personable. Reminders are sent for appointments and any changes are notified by a call. Jeff has been in his business for 8 years and needs only word of mouth to increase his customer base. I will continue to utilize his services in the years to come. There is no need to engage with any other carpet cleaning company. Way to go, Jeff!

Jeff came on time to clean our sofa and did a great job, removing a year of dirt, stains, etc., leaving it looking like new. And because his morning had gone quickly than planned he was able to clean our kitchen tile which we had considered pulling up because it looked so bad. Going to keep it now as he was able to clean the grout and tiles so they look wonderful. SRQ's prices are competitive and reasonable but for the professional service, promptness and quality I would pay more.

Kristen updated us the night before they were to arrive, and contacted us again on the day they were arriving. She is wonderful on the phone! Collen and Jeff arrived, were very professional, gave us advice, and then proceeded to clean carpets and tile. They were professional and quick. We also asked them about services they offered, and they said we didn't really need it. Did not try to oversell. The job they did was great, and these two guys are just the best! We will have them back when it's required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was a 5-star experience from the start. Customer service on the phone was superb, Jeff showed up exactly on time (after texting ahead to ensure we were ready), the work and the results were fantastic, and they had not been gone 5 minutes when I got a follow-up call to ensure everything was 100% up to my expectations, which it was. It was a big job, with 8 rooms of carpeting that was very dirty with a lot of stains. It all looks great now. I would highly recommend SRQ.

This is the second time I have used this company. They do such a great job. My mother has severe sensitivity to chemicals and odors but whatever they use has almost no smell after they are done and so she doesn't have to leave for the day like with other companies carpet chemicals. And they were able to remove spilled bacon grease stains from the carpet. Jeff and Colin are great. I highly recommend this company. It's very well run with good products and service.

We used SRQ carpet cleaning today for our carpeted areas of our home and they did an great job! First of all the communication is outstanding from the time you set your appt up and when they will arrive to complete the work. We have already rescheduled to have them come back to do the tile in a few weeks. Would highly recommend SRQ Carpet and Tile Cleaning!

This was one of the best home service experiences I have ever had. They had an opening for me on relatively short notice so I didn't get home in time to "prep". They were extremely helpful in helping me move a few boxes and pieces of furniture and then went on to do a remarkable job. We had at least two carpets that I didn't hold out much hope for and the results were spectacular! Jeff (Owner) and Lewis were courteous, thorough and efficient. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and my HOA.

I used SRQ to clean the carpets in a townhouse I was moving into a couple months ago and several rugs I own. Everything came out great and still looks great. The most challenging was a very large, very heavy, very old Chinese rug. I was stunned, it looks the best it's looked in the 6 years that I have owned it. I recommended Jeff to my neighbor and she was also very satisfied.

I put off having my carpets cleaned way too long. I was too embarrassed to have anyone see how dirty they looked. I truly thought that they would never come clean. Jeff made them all look almost new.! Anna was very helpful and pleasant when trying to accommodate my schedule. I had a couple spots that came back over night. I called Jeff and he came over that afternoon and used a special cleaner to remove them by hand. I have recommended SRQ and will absolutely use them again in the future.before my carpets are disgusting!
