West Memphis Fence & Construction

Pat Turns and Bill Bius established West Memphis Fence & Construction, Inc. in 1967 under the name Hurricane Fence. The name was changed in 1968 to better reflect the scope of their work. West Memphis Fence and Construction, Inc. changed its focus to commercial & industrial fencing with the arrival of The Austin Company in Memphis to build the Federal Express Complex.

Since the original Federal Express project we have been involved in installing fences for various Prisons, Baseball Complexes, all the Tunica Casinos, Memphis International Airport projects, Auto Off-Load Facilities and many other high security projects.
