I spoke with a sweet man whom answered all my questions about home building I feel bad bc I can't remember his name but he did tell me his wife's name is Mary and that she could also help with our realty questions and although the conversation was not what I wanted to hear I did appreciate him being truthfull and how educated he was on the process
