John Carter was very professional, showed up quickly and on time, and was very friendly. I definitely will use CNS again if I have any further appliance repairs. A lot cheaper repairing 2 refrigerators, than even buying 1 new one. I also loved that they took the diagnostic fee out of the final cost. I highly recommend CNS! If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT use this company, avoid at all costs! I was having an issue with my refrigerator so I scheduled an appointment between 4:00-8:00. 8:00 came and went so I gave up on the appointment. I woke up the next morning to a voicemail left at 9:00 PM the night before from the tech saying he was just getting to my appointment and could be there at 9:30.
I called the next day and was told I could not get another appointment until 3 days from then. I pleaded with them and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The tech came out and replaced a part for $290 and the issue was gone. A couple weeks later my refrigerator wouldn't hold it's temperature, it wouldn't cool below 50 degrees. I had never had this issue until that part was replaced.
I called them and after pleading with them again they were able to get me on the schedule for another 4:00-8:00 slot. As suspected, 8:00 came and went. Luckily I had the tech's number saved from the last appointment because they don't give you a courtesy call that they're running behind schedule. I called the tech, he was not going to get to my house until 10:00 PM so once again I had to reschedule.
I called the office this morning and they said he wouldn't be able to come out for another 3 days. I asked to speak with a manager and the woman that always does the scheduling said there isn't one. I'm currently still trying to get this resolved. The way this business is ran is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I highly suggest avoiding them at all costs!

We have used CNS two times in the last several months. One was for a dryer and the other was for a washing machine which had quit working. I called them early on Monday morning about our washer and Amy was here about 11:00 am. She was upbeat, friendly and considerate. She was very knowledgeable and had the problem figured out and fixed in no time.
I was very impressed with her. CNS was reasonable in their prices also. We will definitely use them whenever there is a problem. I would recommend CNS to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

Have hired CNS (John particularly) twice to alleviate problems with a built-in refrigerator and also a dishwasher. We called them for the ice melting they came out and checked it out and said it needed a fan had to order it a week later a different technician came and installed the fan they wasn't familiar with the whirlpool had difficulty with replacing the fan and now the ice maker doesn't work first tech came back out and said needs a new ice maker. It has been five weeks and he has not responded to my texts, will not use them again.

After Initially missing the first appointment and coming up with an excuse the repairman rescheduled and came out to look at our oven. Difficult to communicate with and not on time. Once he came out he explained the costs to repair and the time frame of 5 business days for the part to come in and that they would call us once it was in. 2 weeks later I got in touch with someone saying "Oh yeah they should have called you". then scheduled a time to come out.
The problem with the oven was that we could not use the bake feature only broil. After the repairwoman (different person) came out and attempted to fix it she said she needed to order another part and would check the costs and availability but probably another week. Fast forward through a month of not returning phone calls and no hope of finding the part I need or making my oven usable and I decide to call them and say "I've had enough we are buying a new oven, I don't want you to keep searching for parts please close this ticket, I will not do business with you anymore." There's a now $284 Credit charge they are sticking me with for screwing up my oven which is still sitting unusable in the garage. I live in OKC close to OCCC and you can guess this is not a paid review.
