They don't work on Samsung appliances. They did suggest I call Samsung. Which that has been an ordeal. My advice don't buy Samsung appliances. Technicians don't want to work on them. I am glad for their advice. That was helpful.

Appliance Repair Services repaired my Viking stove which had been damaged in a move. Tim and his office team member (so sorry I did not write down her name) were the ultimate professionals. Excellent communication and follow-through with multiple interactions over a period of 10 days. THEY called me to update me, ask questions, and schedule the repair.

Even though my project had its challenges, Tim handled my repair with ease. They truly care about their customer relationship and it shows in their actions. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a decade! I could not give them both a higher recommendation.

Tim has great skills in servicing appliances. I have met alot of techs who just replace parts and hope it works, in the end scraping your appliance and costing you unnecessary expenses. Very skilled in diagnosing and correctly repairing appliances without any guess work, Tim is effective, efficient, and honest in his work. He is the only tech allowed in my personal home, and the only name I give when someone needs service done. A big "Thank you" to Tim at Appliance Service Center for always providing excellent service.

True customer service. I called them today about my mother's broken fridge. He was unaware that she had used their services in the past and yet he still spent several minutes on the phone helping to troubleshoot the issue. There was no attempt to require service up front or weasel his way in to make a few bucks. He simply helped walk through the symptoms and gave a gut guesstimate on what it would probably cost and even recommended that we consider replacement rather than repair. Just not something you see often these days and it was refreshing. Thanks!

I've taken allots of washers and dryers here from rentals I own. No longer, the lady that is there has an attitude problem. Maybe she should find a different type of job. To bad an employee or maybe even an owner can ruin a business. Customer service really really sucks. I've taken my business elsewhere and will never, I repeat ( NEVER ) go back there.

I agree with Robert, the lady that answers the phone turned me off first thing and having never used this company before was having second thoughts but proceeded with appointment and am very glad I did. The tech was wonderful! Will use them again, but advise them to get rid of the lady that answers their phone - first impressions are important. Update - I called to schedule a washer repair today but did not go through with it after, again speaking with their rude receptionist.

I was hoping I might have caught her on an off day the last time I called. I asked to speak with the manager/owner and was told by her that she is the owner/manager. I guess she must feel that gives her a license to be rude to potential customers. Sad because I had a good experience with the technician they sent out, but I will not do business with them now in the future due to the bad experience I had with their uncooperative rude receptionist/owner.

This timeline represents my interaction with the Appliance Service Center LLC (ASC) As I have decided to take the time to educate the public in Des Moines, Iowa area about this company's best practices and with whom HSA does business as I will advise for HSA to drop its relationship with this company and potential new customers that ASC hopes to have business with. 11/14/2016 request submitted through HSA warranty. 11/16/2016 ASC scheduled appointment for 11/28/2016 to come out. 11/28/2016 Tim with ASC came out and said needed to order parts which will take another week. 12/07/2016 ASC called to advise parts are in but need to schedule appointment for 12/17/2016. 12/17/2016 Tim came in, put the parts in said if something doesn't work call them and not HSA and left.

I checked the microwave and it didn't work, called him right away and advised microwave is not fixed. He turned around and came back, worked on it some more and then fixed it and left. Over the weekend I put the dirty dishes to check the dishwasher but it didn't work, was full of water again. 12/19/2016 called and left a message after hours for ASC to call me back. 12/20/2016 - I waited for a couple working hours for ASC to call me back and I didn't hear from anyone which at this time I already know who I am dealing with and the BBB reviews are beginning to come to life. - - I contacted HSA warranty by chat to advise them of my situation.

The agent created a recall dispatch for ASC to come back to see what's wrong. I advised them it takes at least a week or two weeks for ASC to come out especially now that it's Christmas. The HSA agent assured me "the company will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment within 48 hours." I thought she made my day which was only starting.

I asked the agent knowing how ASC does business what if they won't schedule me within 48 hours, she stated "Then you can reach out via chat or through customer service department, however, the company will have to come out as they have to warrant their work." - ASC agent calls me within the next hour looks like not because of the message I left the previous day but he stated because their received a recall dispatch about the dishwasher.

I stated that's correct and he advised me the earlier appointment that they have for me is 12/30/2016. I advised him, I spoke with HSA and they assured me they have 48 hours to schedule an appointment, he said no they will come back to fix it and it will be free of charge. I advised him I understand it will be free of charge but we are already sitting at one and a half months when everything is fixed which doesn't guarantee that it will be.

He repeated himself again as if I didn't hear the first time that they earlier appointment they have for me is on 12/30/2016. I advised him I will contact HSA again. He said ok. That's the last I've heard of them. - I contacted HSA customer service. At this time please keep in mind, I am stay at home dad and I have my 9 months old baby girl in my hands at all times as not only I am trying to find someone else to come out but I am also trying to have a working dishwasher to take care of the feeding bottles for the baby some one of our dishes as well.

I spoke with HSA agent, he confirmed with ASC that they can't come out until 12/30/2016. He contacted two more companies and the second company agreed to come out before 12/23/2016. It doesn't guarantee that the dishwasher will be fixed by 12/23/2016 but at least it cuts the time by another week for someone to start working on it again. - I advised HSA agent they should drop a relationship with ASC because of their practices with HSA.

These type of practices to fix an appliance should not occur in such a long time a month and a half and not guaranteed it will be fixed? Facebook one star review has been deleted, I hope this will not be deleted for the public to know what type of service ASC provides. Think twice before you hire this company. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else.

I have used ASC twice for repairs. Their service techs have been excellent but the lady that answers the phone has zero concept of customer service. She has no interest in answering questions about parts delivery timing and her attitude is terrible. It's unfortunate that she drags the company down.
