My nephew was being charged $185 to get keys out of his 2004 Toyota Corolla (simple car to get in). This is 3X what another popa company was going to charge! This company and Adir just tried to take advantage of a young man, inexcusable. Imagine who else they take as rage of! Will not use this company again

I am so thankful there are trustworthy companies like this. The technician was on time, friendly attitude, very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. I was expecting to get hit with a huge bill due to the fact that he came out to the house after 8:00 p.m., but he kept his word with quote he gave me over the phone. I would definitely recommend him and Express Local Service.

I arrived home to find them at my home things inside became crazy so I ran to the door asking him to call 911 he did nothing and even set my car alarm off and he still did nothing. I asked several times but he did nothing. Anything could have been going on but he did NOTHING. I explained I didn't have the phone. Their poor service and lack of common respect.
Not sure if he was just going along with the man of the house, but things got physical where I felt I need help. The police finally came and he acted as if all was fine until he was questioned about it. ONLY use them if all that matters is getting a key. Not for common decency of a life.

When I called I explained that the dead bolt was stuck in our back door and we couldn't remove it to replace it. Online it said $15 and on the phone I was not given a quote. The guy arrived 20 + minutes later than they said he would. He was literally there for 30 seconds, barely did anything and we were charged $125. I knew it would be more than $15 but not $125.
He literally turned the deadbolt and got it open but then explained how we "could've just done it ourselves" but we still owe $125 because it's a door. None of this makes sense to me. Overpriced and unprofessional.
