We are a group of multifaceted people. we are volunteers and mentors, we are civic and culturally minded, we are artsy and outdoorsy, and most of all, we are fun! Our programming process begins by understanding overarching project goals and guiding principles, facts provided by the users, and specific needs that must be met.Throughout the process, we gather, generate, and test concepts to organize the design and address facts and needs through the lens of the project goals. Our approach is highly interactive and inclusive. We actively listen for what's working, what needs improvement, and what future trends must shape the conceptual alternatives being developed.

Since each historic building has a unique story to preserve, nothing gives us greater satisfaction than revitalizing an aging landmark. We begin with careful assessment, proceed by understanding and establishing rehabilitation criteria, and finish by sensitively integrating old and new elements into the design.

Each project provides endless possibilities for discovery. Our process begins with listening to our clients and deeply exploring the environmental, spatial, and community context that inspire a truly authentic design. From there we generate scenarios, ask what ifs, provide options for discussion, and facilitate concurrence.
