This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The guy had terrible customer service skills. No kind of social skills. Very short, dull, uninterested conversation the guy performed. I can't believe I have got this angry. He put me on hold after he cut me off from asking him a question. And then came back on the phone minutes in to the phone saying he will put me on his schedule for the 23rd of July and I freaked out and said that wasn't going to work.
When I first got on the phone I expressed I needed help asap. And then he said well I can't help you then. I asked for his name and he made it difficult to hear him where I had to ask 3 times. He was so childish and terrible I don't know if he told the right name or not. I got aaron. I do not recommend this place. Do not call them, bad bad people.
So then I call this other number who has a different business name and the same person answered and refused to talk to me. He acted as if he couldn't hear me and kept on repeating himself. How can I help you but yet wasn't responding. I am trying to contact a manager or owner of this business. If they are serving the community they shouldn't be there for how i was treated. I am appalled.

I called to get a quote to have a new key made for my car. I live out of town and could have met them anywhere in town. The person on the phone was rude when telling me he doesn't service my area. I told him I could meet them anywhere in Reno. He hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and he picked up and hung up three times. 4th time he let it go to voice mail. Very disappointed in this "customer service"!
